Not perfect but pretty good, more features than most.
It isn’t perfect, but pretty good. It tries to do a lot, and mostly succeeds, most of the time. I am mostly satisfied – and importantly, i am not sure there is much out there that is better, especially in the mid-double-digits price range.It is one of the very very few (3 total that i have seen) that do BOTH BP AND HRV, AND offers the option of tracking all metrics continuously all day. Only at 30-minute intervals or longer – i wish it gave me the option to burn more battery for more frequent metrics. It does take HR every minute during exercise – but stops taking BP.The exercize options are pretty good , a wide variety, and provide a lot of data (that seems close enough to reality to be useful).The sleep CAN catch multiole instances through the day/night, estimating REM as well as lire and deep sleep. But it doesnt catch every instance of sleep.It (the ring or the app) missed my run today, despite my initiating it, but that seems to be the exception.The BP was off (too high) at first, but there is a poorly-explained “calibration” function which seemed to fix it.The HRV tracking doesnt really tell you what your metrics mean. There is a Lorentz Plot that analyzes your sleeeping HRV, looks like it could have some potential, but also not well explained.Also the edges of the 45 degree bevel are kind of sharp. No problem for the finger, but if you rub your eye or wipe your forehead…OK i listed a bunch of challenges, but the bottom line is the pros outweigh the cons, you get a lot for a relatively small price. I wear it every day and night.

I didn’t know that I will love it so much ! It’s better than Apple Watch . I finally see my sleep pattern and my steps without wearing anything too bulky . It’s waterproof so I’m happy I don’t have to take it off quickly washing my hands. The app is easy to navigate and charging super fast. You don’t even need that crazy expensive ring .
