Tiny but effective – great lung workout!
Honestly didn’t expect much from something this small, but it’s way more effective than I thought. You can really feel it working your lungs, and the adjustable resistance makes it easy to build up over time. Super compact too—I toss it in my bag and use it whenever I have a few minutes.The silicone mouthpiece is comfortable, and it’s easy to take apart and clean, which is a huge plus. Works but is black plastic.
The trainer does what it is supposed to do. I’ve only used the medical ones from my respiratory therapist before, so this was a new thing for me. Although it did work fine, I stopped using it after I heard the warnings about black plastic. I deducted 2 stars because I just can’t be sure it is safe. I will try it again when they change the plastic.

Helps me to learn to breathe deeply
I bought this breathing trainer because I had difficulty breathing deeply. I’ve always had this problem and didn’t know what was wrong. I could never blow a balloon up because I couldn’t get enough breath out. Also, when I used the breathing apparatus in the doctor’s office, I never got the balls up.When I ran, I almost always breathed through my mouth. I couldn’t breathe through my nose because that wasn’t enough breath, even during slow runs. This difficulty in breathing has been going on for the last 20 years, and I have been running marathons.So, I looked on YouTube for advice on how to breathe while running. A few videos suggested a breathing trainer, so I purchased one to develop deep breathing.It worked! I have it on the highest resistance, and I breathe in slowly and exhale slowly through the device. I do this twice a day for about five minutes. Also, on the treadmill, I keep my mouth closed and do slow runs, breathing through my nose. I’m slowly breathing deeply after only three days.I guess I’m about 75% at my full lung capacity. I will keep practicing to keep my diaphragm strong.I am pleased with this breathing device and so happy I got it. It helps me breathe deeply and builds my inspiratory muscles.

Takes a little getting use to, like that it is adjustable
If you looking for a way to take your exercise and fitness to a new level, you may consider these. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the price here is so low that you don’t have much to lose!I find having something so bulky in my house while I am doing activities to be somewhat difficult and gaggy. It does take a bit of time so you may want to try it for shorter periods at a time to get used to it.

Adjustable for your Routine
This breathing trainer does a good job of limiting air intake while still remaining customizable to fit your exercise routine. It features an adjustable knob to fine tune air flow. The mouthpiece is comfortable and similar to a snorkel-style insert with a soft silicone material and two bite tabs to hold it in place. The only major issue I found during my use is that even while holding my head level, the main chamber in the trainer collected spit and would, at times, eject all of that spit onto my shirt or the surrounding area. Because of this issue, I could only use this trainer for a few minutes at a time before having to clean it and start over. However, other than this drawback, it does function perfectly.
