New way to work out your diaphragm
It arrived the next day and just started to test it out. Sure things can change over a few weeks; but so far I started with the first counter weight like recommend. I like how I can track it and came with two mouth pieces. The only thing I didn’t like was how flimsy the rubber tube part seems; but probably could be replaced if anything happens.

I could see the function of this to be useful, but I returned the item because I didn’t know if it being plastic would be sanitary for a long period of time. The constant cleaning made it unappealing.

Interesting exercise, recommended
Very easy to install and use, with proper instructions also recommending exercises. It comes with two mouth adapters and it has a digital repetition counter. It has 5 different strength configurations and two types of exercise are supported. Small and compact, making it easily portable. Worth trying. Made completely of plastic, not sure about long term durability.

great little breathing device
I originally bought this as a gag gift for my friend but I think it actually came out useful for her! She has a really bad lung capacity and this will allow her to practice holding her breath and work on her lungs. She said this was a great help because you can blow out and in. The adjustable weights are helpful as well to see where and how far you can go.
