The Medcursor TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator – Wireless 3-in-1 Dual-Channel EMS Machine with Cell Phone App was easy to set up. It is well made and has easy to learn instructions. After charging, the battery life is very long. The unit is operated from our cell phones with an app that I downloaded from the Google Play Store. It was easy to install and allows complete control of the unit, including being able to monitor the battery life. My wife loves the unit and finds it provides much relief from muscle discomfort and pains.

Easy to use, limited adjustability
Overall this is fairly easy to set up and use, so far I have only tried the TENS unit to compare to another TENS unit I have.I have done a lot of electrical stim over the years for personal use as well as work so I’ve gotten to try a variety of different machines. This one doesn’t give you a whole lot of customization when it comes to TENS however that could be a significant perk for those who just want something simple and foolproof.The pads stick but feel as though they could easily come off if your moving around (maybe they wont and their just very comfortable), but I would be hesitant to try this while being active.You do get 3 sets of pads so if you’re using both machines on 2 different areas you only have one extra set. It is easy to find where to order more through the app.I like that you get different cord lengths so you aren’t stuck with something too long or too short for different areas.Charging is simple and I like you can charge both devices with one cord. The magnets are strong and stick well to the pads. I used it a few times on my shoulders and got pain relief so it was effective.Everything is controled via app which made me a little nervous but it was super easy to set up and responded well so I didnt have any issue adjusting intensity or shutting off when I needed to.Being controlled via app also allows to have less stuff hanging off you compared to typical tens units so it was easier to move around while using without accidently getting cords caught.This is comparable to other tens units in price so I’d say its a good value.We’ll see overtime how long the pads last (they say 30 uses) added bonus you can also track pad life in the app.The instructions do have nice diagrams to show you different placements for different areas which is also nice.I do like that the case is compact, you cant fit unopened pads or the instructions in it though so it will either have to stay open or those will have to be stored seperatelyOverall if you want a foolproof, easy to set up and use TENS & EMS unit that doesn’t have so many long wires, this is a good option, especially if you dont want to have to learn how to do a lot of settings. Also good for compact traveling and on the go use. If you’re looking to have a similar settings to what you’ve had done in a clinic you might want to go with a traditional TENS.

pad stickiness doesn’t stay on skin
Unfortunately, the gel pads do not stick to your skin. They fall off and they’re not durable enough. I like the unit very strong, but if it doesn’t stick to the skin, it’s useless. I wouldn’t recommend getting it until the company updates the stickiness of the pad, but until they update it, it is a good product. Just can’t use it because the stickiness on the gel pads does not work.

Nerve pain
Amazing and easy to use. I use this daily for nerve pain and helps. I love the 3 settings. Battery life is amazing. I have had this for a week now and only charged it once.

So glad I got this!
I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my back/scapula area and this unit has been a sanity saver! I have been able to use it to help distract me from the pain and try and soothe my muscle spasms.The app you have to download to use is pretty simple and self explanatory and having two individual units is great to be able to treat two areas at the same time. There is a broad enough range of strength to find a comfortable level of intensity for all areas.The pads it comes with are super sticky and easy to apply. My only complaint is that each pad doesn’t really last through that many uses. After just the 7th use I could already tell the pads were starting to fall off more easily. The other issue with this is that this company uses a specific attachment type to their pads so you can only buy replacement pads from them and they can be pricey. Other units have a more universal pad attachment so you can shop around but these don’t give you that option.So if you could use other universal pads I would have given this 5 starts, but being stuck having to use only on type of pricey pad caused me to take one star off. Other than that, I would gladly recommend this unit.
