Cheap grips. Simple and effective
These are just about the cheapest hand grips you can get on amazon. That’s what you get. 2 hand grips that are really not that ergonomic and the grip material is not fantastic quality. There is no way to tell the LB setting you’re at so to accurately do this you need to turn it from minimum to maximum and figure out how many turns that is then figure how many LBs per turn you’re getting from that number. Or just set it halfway and say ‘that’s fine’ like I did, whatever right? Personally, I would have forgone the ‘squeeze counter’ to include that feature. Anyway, that all being said; use them and they work. Thats all they need to do at this price point.*Clicking does get annoying after a bit.

First time using a hand grip strengthener and I must say… Its revolutionary.
To summarize my review: This is a stress ball on steroids. If you ever feel stressed, this product will do wonders for you no matter how big, small, strong, or normal you are. This product will be integral to your daily life. It’s highly adjustable and fits snugly no matter the hand size, and the grip is comfortable. Buy it.Let me warn you: I am lazy. I hate standing, I hate moving, and I hate anything that requires any form of long-term physical discomfort. I do however love to work out, I love to walk on a treadmill at max incline, I love lifting weights, and I enjoy a good sweat and massage. So I understand this seems paradoxical but it’s really not.So imagine my surprise when I don’t even have to get my big ass off the chair to get a good workout going!! No need for that rubber band, no need for barbells, no need for any form of effort beyond picking up some clickers and clicking them. It’s easy, requires no preparation, and feels like lifting weights.It has a counter, the counter is pretty bad. It isn’t aligned properly, it only goes to 99, and resetting it is a pain. So I don’t plan to use it. Also, the metal spring on it is perfect. It is made where you can change the position of the spring which increases the resistance up to 130 pounds. However… this is not exactly true.I can easily max this out and do the 130-pound resistance however the problem is the thing starts to bend and the grip starts to move inwards and doesn’t properly touch the other side causing the metal to bend. If you max this at 130 pounds for the long term, it will eventually bend and break. However, it’s pure metal and it will take some effort to break. The grip is held against the spring by two large metal rods. So it’s not like this product isn’t very durable, it’s durable.If you are like me, lazy, unmotivated, and just wanted to workout because you enjoy the feeling, and love to pick something up and build strength, this is for you. The whole reason I bought it was that this was the best bang for your buck, there are 2 of them for 20$ and I don’t like having to switch it between my hands. I am that lazy.But, I do burn about 2000-3000 calories a week on the treadmill and other machines in the gym so this is a perfect little device for letting out a bit of energy while you are in your recovery period. I do wish it was capable of withstanding more than just 100 pounds but for me 100 pounds is perfect. I am 330 pounds with 24% bodyfat (around that.) and I can probably bench 350+. So trust me, if this works well for me, it will work extremely well for you.

Stupid Cheap giving one to my buddy!!!
Don’t think it’s 100 pounds but on the max setting it’s pretty hard. I did 10 pills with it on my first try on Max but the day after it was hard to get three or four so it’s pretty tough. I don’t know if it’s 100 lbs but I love it great for strength training your hands grip strength. I am VERY strong Too!!!

These are very nice as adjustable weights. Around the 80% mark, something is wrong with them, however…. I have bought like x3 pairs so that I could keep them everywhere (work, travel, home, x1 as a gift for my mom) after my rotator cuff surgery. They did a great job.But around the 80% mark (the notches are not clearly indicative of pounds), they start making weird strained noises. One exerciser snapped into pieces from metal fatigue–the metal spring just busted. Guess I’m glad it didn’t fling into my eye or something weird.These are fine for PT or similar, but you may wish to buy some other product if you get stronger than say 90 lbs of force, because these stop working.Also making a fairly annoying clicking noises, so keep that in mind if you work in a quiet office.Otherwise, good.

As a retired construction worker. My body has been beaten up pretty good. I noticed a few years back that. I was having trouble opening jars. I wrote it off to age. I bought these for help with grip in golf. Now I’m opening jars like a teenager again. Not t to mention golf game has improved. These work great!!!

Excelente custo-benefício para quem precisa fortalecer a pegada e o pulso. Para quem, assim como eu, tem uma diferença drástica de força de uma mão para outra em função de lesão, a possibilidade de ajustar a carga é excelente e o contador ajuda a entender se “valeu” a repetição. O mostrador do contador parece frágil, mas vejo isso como um atributo a mais e não algo que o produto DEVERIA oferecer, então está tudo ok.
