Worth it!
My husband used this after his total knee replacement surgery with great success. His doctor had recommended we rig something up with an old pillowcase and some straps, but this was a way better solution. You can throw in weights or even a can of vegetables or two to weigh the bag down to help stretch the knee. It was definitely worth it and we’re saving it for the next knee replacement, which is probably going to happen in about six months.

Great for post op knee replacement surgery
Works good for me after knee replacement surgery. My Dr. recommended to me, his patients showed him what they ordered. I slip a towel under the straps, add 5 lb weight per my pt, let it do its thing for 30 minutes. I’m supposed to do that 2x daily to help straighten the knee after surgery. It does help. I’m still a work in progress 7 months post op. Have a blessed day!

This appears to be exactly as advertised on the listing. However there are no instructions. The lower bag can hold three small bottles of water or maybe one 30-40 ounce bottle. The wood dowel is very smooth and is sturdy enough for the weight you put in it. The straps that hang from the legs are smooth and comfortable against the skin.
