RATHER USE THIS PAD to heal naturally
I have had other red light therapy, but this one is #1. Used it first time yesterday.I love that you can use for long lengths of time – up to 90 minutes with several kinds of wavelength. I did a long term session and I was so shocked my knee is no longer popping in and out. Used again this morning and I am walking comfortably.I also have been using RLT (separate purchase) for thyroid use. When I go too long not using I begin the heavy hair loss and the softening/peeling of my nails. REGULAR USE helps the wrinkles and hair loss.RLT gave me a deep sleep, known to stimulate collagen, helps my thyroid a lot and I feel the difference while it regulates melatonin—felt the results w/my knee last night sleeping so much better.Able to wrap this around my knee with the Velcro to hold in place. I love this soft rubbery pad. The instructions are extraordinary. I do not wish to be forced into going to an ortho that might see a need for surgery after 25 years. One day and indeed it is feeding oxygen and blood flow into this area. Was shocked at the difference. Well worth the $’s I paid. The instructions are quite good explaining all about RLT.

really nice overall BUT does not contain safety goggles which the manual states must be used.
This is very nicely made. The entire back of it is loop material so wrapping it around yourself is easy to do and gives you a lot of options using the elastic strap that comes with it, and it is large enough to cover anything you could want it to. The fabric around the edges is soft, and surprisingly so is the plastic over the LEDs. The LEDs are evenly spaced and look excellent. The stitching is flawless and the barrel jack that holds the “remote” cable feels robust and is also stitched on.The wired remote is easy to read and intuitive to use. It has a length of cable that plugs into the pad, and another that has a separate barrel plug to attach to the wall adapter. This is a nice add incase you forget you are wearing it and walk away. It will disconnect the barrel plug instead of trying to rip the power adapter out of the wall (or power strip).I mainly used this on my lower back due to muscle tightness and discomfort and a shoulder due to an old injury, nothing major. This pad produces some heat, so it works like a heating pad would in that regard, but it does seem to have a cumulative effect of reducing stiffness and soreness. I cannot imagine that this is anything other than the placebo effect, but I did notice it so it is worth noting here. The only negative I have is that the manual states “always wear the protective goggles provided” but this does not come with goggles. Because the manual presents this as a safety issue, it is a real problem that they are not actually included.Overall, this is a very nicely built pad, and the construction is nice enough where I think this will last for years. Even though I’m still incredulous, it seems to do what it says so I think it is a good value for the money.

Versatile Red Light Therapy Pad That Finally Replaced My Heating Pad For Longer Lasting Relief
I’ve been using smaller red light therapy wraps for ongoing maintenance of old injuries, so when I came across the Ezona Red Light Therapy Pad, the size immediately stood out as ideal for covering my thoracic back area — something my smaller wraps couldn’t fully handle. The kit includes the therapy pad, elastic Velcro strap, power cord, and an in-line controller. The pad measures 24 x 12 inches and contains 242 LEDs that deliver both 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light. Output is rated at 35W, which puts it solidly in the mid-range for pads this size.I’ve used it daily for nearly three weeks, typically running multiple 30-minute sessions on different areas that still flare up from past trauma. It ended up replacing my regular heating pad routine. Early on, I noticed the effects seemed stronger and lasted longer than heat alone, but I deliberately kept using it consistently to see whether results held up over time rather than being a short-term novelty. So far, the performance has remained consistent with heavy daily use.The unit offers three modes, but I found myself using the pulsed settings most often — especially H2 (10 Hz) and H3 (40 Hz). The pad does generate warmth, enough that I noticed sweating during longer sessions. I placed it directly against my skin for best contact. One thing I had hoped for was being able to comfortably “wear” it on my back while upright. In practice, that didn’t work well for me. Positioning it with the strap was awkward for back use, and keeping it aligned while sitting or standing was difficult. I ended up using it the way shown in the manual — lying flat on it — which was much easier and more effective.I also took a cautious approach to light exposure even though the manual didn’t specifically address eye protection. I simply kept any exposed light covered during use.For my particular situation — a complicated ribcage injury with many overlapping segments that regularly causes inflammation and nerve irritation — I normally rely on lidocaine patches or heat. The wrap-around coverage of this pad made it easy to position around my thoracic area, and I found it more comfortable with longer-lasting relief compared to heat alone.Initially, I thought the price felt a bit high, but after comparing size and LED count, it actually falls right in the middle of the value range. If anything, I now wish I had gone larger so I wouldn’t need multiple sessions to cover different areas. Still, as a step up from smaller joint-specific wraps, this pad fills an important middle-coverage role and works well for what I needed.Overall, it performs best when used in a stationary position, delivers consistent output with daily use, and provides broader coverage than smaller wearable wraps — especially helpful for thoracic, middle and lower back treatment areas.
