Best derma-rollers
Best little line of rollers. Various lengths. 540 pins on this wheel size is perfect for maximizing effectiveness, minimizing hair grab, great maneuverability, while still covering enough surface area to take care of business quickly. Wider rollers just don’t work as well in all the aforementioned areas. Plus it puts the cost in the right place, sharp titanium pins and a smooth roll. Inexpensive and the best. I bought two other model sizes along with this one, and then two other brands, including one that’s 5 times the price of the Koi, and the Koi is functionally the best by far. Pro tip, buy a can of aerosol spray alcohol to quickly sterilize the roller before and after use. Two half second spray bursts covers and saturates the whole wheel. One of a few hair routines out there that really does stimulate growth and thickness, especially with a good topical serum/prescription creams or oils.

I’ve used a few derma rollers before and this one is easily one of the better-built options I’ve tried. The titanium needles feel sturdy and evenly spaced, not flimsy or jagged like some cheaper rollers. It rolls smoothly without snagging or dragging, which makes a big difference when you’re using it on your face or scalp.The handle has a good grip and feels solid in hand, not hollow or cheap. It’s easy to control and apply even pressure. I mainly use it for skin texture and product absorption, and I noticed less irritation compared to other rollers I’ve used in the past.If you’re consistent, this is a great at-home microneedling tool—just make sure you sanitize it properly and don’t overdo it. Pleasantly Surprised
I honestly didn’t expect to like this derma roller as much as I do. I’ve tried a couple of cheaper ones in the past, and they either hurt too much or felt flimsy. The Koi Beauty Titanium Microneedle Roller is completely different — it feels solid, rolls smoothly, and doesn’t snag on my skin at all.I started using it twice a week after cleansing my face, followed by my regular serum, and I can already tell a difference. My skin looks brighter and feels smoother, and I’ve noticed my skincare products seem to soak in better. I even think some of my acne scars have softened a little.I do get a bit of redness right after using it, but that’s totally normal and goes away within an hour or so. I always make sure to disinfect it before and after each use.Overall, I’m really happy with this roller. It’s well-made, easy to use, and gives visible results without spending a fortune on spa treatments. If you’ve been curious about microneedling, this is a great one to start with!

Inexpensive easy and fairly painfree way to help with skin issues but no major results like more aggressive treatments. Probably helps a bit though and again, cheap and easy so why not? I was afraid of getting the length I bought (1) but I wish I bought longer for better results.

Great Quality
Great quality and easy to use! It definitely feels more expensive and is well worth the money. I use it for my hair and found out that, if you’re having issues with it pulling hair, you can brush it all forward and roll in the direction of the hair. Haven’t had it pull any hair since then!
