Worms!soo good! I kinda wish I waited to do this, and maybe be able to report its effectiveness but I suppose I can let you know that it does work… how its supposed to! I have it on a high setting to really puncture the skin to a point of redness and pin pricks. Im 38 and ive just begun my anti aging-middle aged crisis in its beginning stages haha. So its definitely sensitive skin where i do it which is around the eyes my inner cheeks where my pores are biggest, anywhere I have lives really.. forehead too. DO NOT do this above your lip for whatever reason you would? This does promote hair growth and I know I already got plenty there I dont want. (Usually mixed with other treatments but it can do it on its on too, dont chance it 🤣) i google everything. If you do serums you know its thinnest to thickest. No aha or bha products with retinol.. etc. I use a combination of serums immediately after the microneedling treatment i layer hyaluronic acid with aloe, nicinamides, and matrixyl. Then I introduce vit c 4 days after. 7 days i bring back the retinol. I use a dry erase calender to keep track, it is a pain! I use products like ordinary. They have the exact ingredients at lower prices! But yep focus on hydration!!I DID take a picture of my face after I did this that isnt for some reason I cant find now. Anyways.. good product, does the job, I hope I picked the correct replacements, wish it said somewhere what type they take, but i didnt see it. And that could he a HUGE problem which is why I gave it 4 stars, that and I dont like the replacements all being different needle counts. I want 36 pins all day!

Great First Impression! Easy to Use and Gentle on Skin
I just used the DermaStamp System 0.25mm for the first time and I’m really impressed so far! The design feels sturdy and professional — much easier to control than a traditional derma roller, especially around smaller or curved areas like the nose and chin. The needles are fine enough to give that light, tingly sensation without being painful or irritating.
