Very Comfortable and effective
I really like this vest. Since I have no apnea on my side, it keeps me off my back. Seems to work. Keeps me away from CPAP.

Overall, this does exactly what I need it to do…keep me off my back. I have severe sleep apnea, and, even with Cpap, back sleeping causes a big spike in my AHI. I was under a lot of stress, was tossing and turning onto my back a LOT during the night, which was causing almost 10 times greater apnea events, for over a week. Side sleeping results in almost no apnea events. This lightweight vest has helped immensely! My events went from 12 to .6 when I started using it. Easy to put on, there is a hardish cork ball that fits into a zippered pouch on the back. I prop a pillow to one side, and if I try to roll onto my back, the pressure of the cork ball and the pillow keep me from doing so. I think it is a good value, cute pale pink color, seems to be sturdy, with even stitching. I deducted one star for the rather strong rubbery smell. I have put the vest outdoors in the sun for a couple of days, but the smell has not lessened. Still, it does what I need it to, for a good price, just wish the smell wasn’t so strong.

Very effective in preventing sleeping on one’s back. Generous sizing, fits plus-size people and is adjustable, so would work for smaller sizes too. If you have mild sleep apnea, give this a try before buying more expensive options.
