Definitely been helpful
I ordered this posture corrector because I spend a lot of time editing at a desk, and all those hours sitting definitely do not help my posture, especially with scoliosis. I was hoping for something that would give me a little extra support and remind me to sit and stand straighter.After using it, I can say it does exactly that. It provides gentle correction by pulling the shoulders back slightly and helping encourage better upper back alignment. It is not overly rigid or uncomfortable, which I appreciate because I wanted something I could actually wear for reasonable periods of time.The adjustable straps make it easy to get a better fit, and once adjusted properly it feels supportive without being too restrictive. I tried this posture corrector mainly for daily desk work and it is easy to put on and adjust. The straps feel lightweight but still give noticeable support across the shoulders and upper back. It gently pulls the shoulders back which helps remind you to sit or stand straighter throughout the day.The material is breathable so it does not feel too hot when wearing it for short periods. It works best as a reminder rather than something you wear all day. After taking it off I still found myself more aware of my posture which is the main benefit.Comfort is decent but it can feel a bit snug if worn too long so short sessions are ideal. Overall it is a simple and helpful tool for improving posture awareness during work or screen time

Works exactly as described and fits well!
I am 5’8″ and 155 pounds with broad shoulders and ordered the size large in pink, which was a perfect fit. This has an adjustable waist band, as well as adjustable shoulder bands that wrap around and Vellcro in the front. The shoulder bands allow you to adjust the amount of pressure pulling back on your shoulders to correct your posture. While it is possible to slouch while wearing this, if you do, the shoulder straps start cutting into your armpits which is very uncomfortable, so it makes you quickly put your shoulders back and accomplishes the purpose of correcting your posture. It works exactly as described and fits well so I would recommend!
