How to Use:
1. Cleanse your skin thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
2. Sanitize the bottle vial top by soaking it in 75% alcohol for 5-8 minutes.
3. Rinse the entire bottle vial with alcohol.
4. Fill the vial with your preferred skincare serum or essence. Screw the top back on securely and gently shake the vial 3-5 times to mix.
5. Remove the protective hygiene cap from the bottle.
6. Invert the bottle upside down, then gently press the center air valve a few times to release any air bubbles.
7. Pat the skin surface with the stamp gently.
8. Gently massage for optimal results.
IF THE THIN WATERY SERUM DOES NOT FLOW OUT: INVERT THE BOTTLE, SHAKE IT VIGOROUSLY SEVERAL TIMES, THEN PRESS THE CENTER AIR VALVE MULTIPLE TIMES TO RELEASE ALL TRAPPED AIR OR BUBBLES. REPEAT THIS STEP AS NEEDED UNTIL THE SERUM FLOWS SMOOTHLY.

Game changer for skin care!
Where has this been all my life? I’ve been doing microneedling for several years but this was a total game changer. I use hyaluronic acid with collagen in this and my fine lines and wrinkles are so smooth now – my friends think I had Botox! No skin irritation either. This allows the products to be absorbs directly into skin instead of sitting on top so it makes them way more effective. This is such a great value!

The needles dont really stick out far enough and it doesnt push the serum in it just leaks out and you try to scratch your faceFor .25 sized items, the roller style is superior. Only the Bioneedle H24 is truly adjustable needle length, but the serum doesnt go through the holes, it has holes next to it. It still works better. Im thinking there must be better technology that this

Fine lines at 50 years of age
Because I always look to the reviews to help me when I make a purchase, I wanted to make a review on this. I have used it a total of four times and it was trial and error. The first time I did fill the little glass with hyaluronic acid serum that didn’t work too well the second time I just put the serum all over my face and put a hyaluronic acid mask after that worked perfectI got this because I was concerned with the fine lines I started getting around my eyes and not a lot of hope but a little hope that it would help My smile lines for reference I just turned 50 and would just like to keep things looking as good as possible without Botox or surgery. So after my four times of using this, I can definitely say I see an improvement in my fine lines around my eyes. I don’t really see much improvement around my smile lines, but that’s OK. I will continue to use it and see what happens down the line the pain level is a two or three at the most so I didn’t need any numbing cream and I did have a little bit of bleeding the first time around my smile lines other than that no blood, but you can definitely feel the needles penetrating. There’s even like a little cracking sound which I feel like is proof that it’s breaking through a layer or whatever of skin.

This derma stamp is a simple and cost effective alternative to one of the more expensive micro infusion systems that uses a similar serum bottle and stamper setup. Using this stamp with a separate serum has worked just as well for her at a fraction of the cost.The needles are gentle but effective. It helps skincare products absorb better and leaves her skin looking fresher the next day. With consistent use, her skin appears smoother and a bit more even in tone. Fine lines look softer, and her skin seems firmer and more hydrated overall. She is in her mid seventies with wrinkles, some sagging, and dark spots, and this has been a nice addition to her routine without being too harsh. And it’s easy enough for her to manage on her own.
