I have been using this for about 2 weeks every night after doing my skin care routine, and I like the way it feels. It has multiple settings and I do feel like it’s working on tightening and improving my skin. I’m middle aged and have some fine lines and wrinkles and I feel like with continued use- this product will do well. I recommend trying it!

Can’t tell if it’s defective or not.
I really want to like this product but I can’t tell if it’s defective or not. It seemed to labor under use from the beginning and now even turns off after 30 seconds, then suddenly begins again. I like its effectiveness but unsure of its reliability. Not sure if it’s worth the gamble to keep it. I had one that stopped working after 2 1/2 months, so was nonreturnable. How does one tell if it’s defective or not? Any others have the same problem and got stuck with it?

Don’t really use it because I have no wrinkles,lines or hyperpigmentation thanks to my Dove white soap and African black soap combo,followed by castor oil at night
