Packs a punch!
This is a great fitness ab belt, as well as the additional bands for arms and legs. It packs a punch for being rechargeable. I would say start on the very first setting because it can be painful if you use it on any other setting at first.It’s good quality, comfortable, and super easy to clean. They give you a little water bottle to fill with clean water to spray the pads and wipe. It fits nicely both myself and my husband, and it is super easy to use. Also, this is a great value compared to the TENS unit I used to have especially because you don’t have to put new pads on each time you use it, that’s with the little spray bottle they give you is for. I’m sure with consistent use it will really help our muscles along with our workouts.

Super strong
This really has some strength and can really contract a muscle. I have been using on my leg and around my knee, and I can see the muscle jump at a fairly low power at or below half intensity. It is too strong at higher levels. And, I recommend either completely turning this off or letting the time run out before trying to remove or reposition, as it can really send some shock waves that are more than comfortable. Lesson learned on that maneuver. The images in the description show a very large wrap, but it is not that wide, but is still adequate. I feel this is an excellent product with many uses. I haven’t been brave enough to try this around my ABs, as it is that strong. Give it a try!

The actual usage experience was very poor.
The user experience is extremely poor because of its poor stability. During movement, it tends to slide and shake, and the effect is also not good.
