According to the short user guide included in the package, there are 12 modes and 19 intensity levels available. Modes 1-3 are good for fat loss, modes 4-5 for muscle building, modes 6-8 for burning fat, and modes 9-10 are for body sculping, and modes 11-12 are for muscle strengthening.I like alternately using mode 5 stimulate my abs muscle, then use mode 6 to burn fat.If you feel tingly using the abs stimulator, this maybe due to either the contact pads being too dry or your skin being too dry. So it is always a good idea to spray down all the contact pads with some water or moisten them with a wet towel.This is the best Abs stimulator I’ve bought so far. I like that the contact pads are permanent and doesn’t need to be replaced, unlike the designs I bought previously where the pads are sticky and needs to be replaced after some use. After putting on the Abs stimulator, I can do other things while the unit is working on my body.The price is also reasonable for the high performance and the well designed product. The fastener is designed to easily adjust the length for a snug fit. If the product is adjusted to be too loose, the contact pads will not make good pads and you may get unpleasant tingly feeling.The control buttons are easy to operate. Press the “+” button for 2-3 seconds to turn on the stimulator. Then you can tap it a few times to increase the intensity. The intensity goes from 0 to 19. The duration starts from 20 minutes and it can be dialed down if desired. The “-” key is used to decrease the intensity or press it for 2-3 seconds to turn off the stimulator. Tap on the “M” key to move between the 12 modes. It takes about 40 minutes to fully charge the product, which provides enough energy for several hours of use. When the unit is charging, the red led turns on to indicate that it is charging. Defective Product
I got this and didn’t work it kept popping out the botton from belt also couldn’t feel anything followed instructions as per instructed and Still nothing fully charged or before use and nothing I tried several times. I’m hoping I can get another one that works. Maybe I got a defective one. I’m not sure if it works for some of you. I’m sorry I hate to write bad reviews but I am a honest person speaks the truth… cause I know how rough it is out here nowadays, every dollar counts.

So easy to use and effective!
I have tried several “stimulating belts” in the past which either felt like a tickle (and absolutely no result or even any slight soreness after use), or on the contrary would feel like 10,000 volts went through me, even on low setting, making it unbearable to wear and my whole stomach area sore for days…This belt has 12 settings for various results and 19 intensity levels. I started off at level 8 and gradually increased to 19, always bracing myself for that huge shock but that was not the case. Up to level 10 you can feel a gentle current go through your muscles with various patterns, depending on the mode you choose but it gets interesting from level 15 to 19 where it feels like you are getting a stomach massage and the muscles are being stimulated but without the pain. The muscles contract and move with the current going through them but there is never that sharp pain, like being stabbed by a jolt of electricity. It is very progressive. I personally like the muscle building mode (level 19) as the patterns cover the whole front as well as the sides and partnered up with a level 16-19 intensity it gives your stomach muscles a really good workout without having to leave your sofa! I personally prefer standing up and doing some mild exercises at the same time as each ideal session lasts 20 minutes. And there is absolutely no acute soreness the next day but you do feel a tightness and that your muscles have worked hard which is what we want. I have been using this belt for 3 days now and already feel my abs tighten up and what I think is some superficial fat gently burning away. My belt is getting a bit looser for sure!This is a great piece of easy workout kit for home.

Working well abs Stimulator.
The abs Stimulator is very good in simulating the abs muscles. Used multiple times but it is too early to provide the effect on abs build. It is comfortable to wear and did not stick to sweat. It charges quickly with a usb c support. Did try few modes. The pricking mode gives a needle pricking which is done what irritating. May be skin is too sensitive. I liked few other modes. Will update after few more weeks of use.

I have used it a few times since I received it and I really enjoy it. It is lightweight, fits well, and has instructions that are easy to follow. Everythin needed is included in a nice, sturdy box that it can be stored in, which is what I am using it for. I am VERY happy that this is the toner that I chose.

Garbage. If you are into shock therapy, you will love this contraption. There’s no stimulation at all, none, zero, zelch. It’s all shock and pain. It was a return purchase.
