Works effectively and delivers results. I appreciate its quality and that it provides excellent stomach muscle stimulation without the need to add gel or replace pads. My wife and I genuinely and thoroughly enjoy this belt. We both have used it and each setting give us something different. Took a bit to get used to but the belt does the work for you. I am redoing my review. From bad to good.This is a decent product. It works like it says. Here is the rub. You need to 100% get the conductive gel. AbSonic works best. If you want to be cheap. Tap water will work. But not as good. DO NOT USE DISTILLED WATER. The belt will not work as well by itself. The gel helps the current move evenly and efficiently. You will feel it at 10. On a side note. I bought ApeBorn belt as well. It was trash and $150. Even with gel. So I’m satisfied with this one. It is Superb!! When used in conjunction with conductive gel.

Worth the Money
I’ve purchased many ABS Stimulators over the years. This one is by far the best. I love that it doesn’t just work the abdominal muscles but also the obliques. I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and my muscles are feeling firmer. They don’t look any different, but I’m sure that will come with time.My one complaint was the “brochure” that came with the stimulator. It didn’t explain the different modes. i.e. strengthening, fat burning. I sent an email to the company and withing an hour, I had a response and an explanation on all 6 modes. So, customer service gets an A+.Overall, super happy with the purchase and purchase price.

Amazing results
To be honest I was skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. Been using this belt for 21 days now and the results are amazing. I use it a lot and I mean a lot lol. I drive for a living and this belt is on majority of my shift. Grant it I exercise 5 days a week and try to eat healthy but I always struggled with my mid section. This belt is a game changer!
