I am a runner and physician and I am so impressed at how well this product works. I love my AR Plus 3.0 Compression system. I have known about how compression devices are used in the medical setting for a long time to promote fluid movement, blood flow, and lymphatic drainage. This is well established and used in hospitals and medical clinics and physical therapy practices all the time. What is really cool however is how this technology can then be applied not only to patients with fluid back up and swelling and lymphedema issues, but also to healthy people just aiming to maximize their health and fitness.I have run approximately 4-5 marathons per year for several years now. The training is fantastic, fun, challenging, and to keep improving at this sport, I find it’s always a fine line between undertraining and overtraining at this distance. Very high weekly and monthly mileage is key for marathoning! But as the miles add up mid to late training cycle, so does the fatigue and one of the biggest challenges at my age as I hit age 50 (and possibly any age), is how fast one can recover to get back out there and challenge their body more. It’s this progressive fatigue and recovery that improves strength, endurance, and fitness for marathoners and endurance sports in general. This product works and it works great! It reduces soreness and speeds recovery. This is one of the most elusive goals of any athlete that takes their sport seriously!The product is comfortable and so easy to use. Out of the box, you attach the leg boots to the hose and plug them into the motor. The quality of the boots is fantastic and the fabric and zippers are sturdy and durable. There are multiple chambers with different settings of pressure up to 170 mmHg. You can either slip your legs into them or zip it up, they are easy to get on and off. You can set it on a peristaltic mode or a sequential mode or target different sections of your legs. All of these options make it easily customizable to your own personal needs. The machine is really quiet and fits great. I am an average size woman (5’6” 130) and size 3 fits me perfectly. It quickly inflates and when you are done, you can just leave it to deflate.Your legs feel fresh and renewed upon a single treatment. I sometimes enjoy swimming as a tool for muscle recovery from running and I feel like this product makes my legs feel very similar to a recovery swim with it’s benefits of the hydrostatic pressure of movement in water. I love the fact that at the end of the day, I can reap the benefits of this recovery system while just kicking back to relax!To summarize, the Air Recovery System is awesome. If you are a runner, triathlete, aging athlete, and/or just a recreational athlete who likes to push themself and see yourself improve, you will love this product. It significantly helps with recovery which is key for progressive improvement, injury prevention, and eliminating fatigue during training. I highly recommend it!

Extremely Satisfied with my AR-3 Compression Boots
I have been using my AR-3 compression boots for over two months now. The system is easy to use and durable, and works as advertised. Sometimes I use the system directly after exercising but primarily I use it in the evening before sleep. (The compression boots are comfortable and using the system is very relaxing.) I notice less muscle soreness and fatigue the morning after exercising. The system is an excellent value and I expect to reap significant benefits as I increase my running mileage.

Fantastic for lympth system health and recovery
I purchased these boots on the recommendation of my endocronologist. As we age, our lymph system doesn’t work as well as when we are younger. In addition, I’ve been focused on improving my recovery using the Morpheus HRV system. I’m delighted to say that since using these boots, my endocrine system is working so much better. My health measures have all improved. In addition to that, I came first in the December worldwide Morpheus challenge that tracks your recovery over the full month. I feel better at age 53 than I ever felt in my 40s. In addition, I’ve had 3 of my girlfriends try these boots and they each purchased their own pair within a month of first trying them. The only thing I would say is if I knew what I now know about these boots, I might have sported for the more expensive professional AR-4 series as we travel quite a bit and we understand that AR-4 series is easier to pack…. however, these absolutely work for the purpose they were intended for and a great at home addition to your health and fitness needs. The best purchase we made in 2025. I’m 5’2″ and purchased size 2. I love the variety and strength of settings and the ability to toggle between 15 minute and 30 minute cycles.

Air Relax boots are great
I love the Air Relax boots. Using these daily makes so much difference in recovery. I run or bike a lot and using these regularly allows me to do much more of what I love. They are just as good as more expensive boots, but why pay more when you get everything you need in these. The Air Relax boots are a great product at a great value, and the best part was I was able to purchase them with my HSA insurance money so I bought them tax free. I highly recommend these boots to everyone.
