THE ORIGINAL HIP HOOK : Designed by a physical therapist to reach the iliacus, the overlooked muscle behind most hip and lower back pain. Generic tools only hit the psoas. The Hip Hook targets both.
PRECISION ENGINEERED: “Adjustable” plastic blocks are not the correct shape for your pelvis. Our patented angular pressure mimics a therapist’s hands for the exact depth and hook for an anatomically correct release for every body type.
USA-MADE, INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH: Reinforced core to withstand all body sizes. Hand-finished with medical-grade, body-safe materials built for a lifetime of daily use. Not a 3D-printed replica that cracks under pressure.
90-SECOND RELEASE: It’s not just a massager; it’s a nervous system reset. Release deep hip flexor tension in under two minutes per side. Pelvic alignment and SI joint relief for athletes, desk workers, and chronic pain sufferers.
HSA/FSA ELIGIBLE, CLINICIAN TRUSTED: Recommended by 1000+ clinicians including doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists. A professional-grade and designed for safe daily home use.

A Personal Trainer’s Experience Using the Hip Hook
As a personal trainer and someone who has dealt with lower back pain (due to tight hip flexors…), I really wish I found this product sooner! It is now something that I use almost daily because of how quickly it can be used (literally 90 seconds on each side), and I’ve even started incorporating it into my client’s workouts. At first, It seemed a little intimidating, but Aletha did a great job providing excellent guidance to fully understand how to use it & how it works, and it was way easier than I thought it would be! There’s also an app that walks you through the progressions of different ways to use it and help you apply the amount of pressure that is right for you. From there, you can slowly progress to more advanced ways of using it that apply greater pressure and help the muscles relax even more. As for the size, It is a lot smaller than I thought but it gets the job done and takes up little space. It’s evident how much thought and care went into this product and it feels very underrated. I really hope it gets the recognition it deserves!

    Helping
I bought this product but was a little skeptical. I wasn’t sure it would really work, but honestly, it surprised me in a good way. It’s strong and gives focused pressure. The first time it’s a little difficult to position but after you learn it helps a lot with tight hips. Maybe it’s not a miracle and the effect doesn’t stay forever, but it really makes a difference. For me, it’s a good tool. Just have realistic expectations.

    Surprisingly very effective!!
Thought this was going to be overpriced and I might be able to make something almost as good using makeshift materials at home, but I have been pleasantly surprised by how effective and simple to use this product is, and I haven’t been able to get a similar feel from anything that I have made at home. There is a bit of a learning curve to using the device, but the app makes relief easy and accessible with just a little bit of experimenting and practice. As someone who runs every day and plays sports all the time, I have always struggled with hip pain and tightness that has caused several injuries, and this has been one of the few products I’ve found that have helped me manage recovery and stay pain free. 10/10 would recommend!!

    As an athlete, amazing!
As an athlete, this product has helped tremendously with my hip health. In a sport where I’m constantly shifting my weight and utilizing my hips, this tool both for recovery and increased mobility has been incredibly useful. The product is simple to use, I have not made it to lying on it yet, so I use it against a wall with no issues at all. It’s also very well built and the flexibility of the product makes the usefulness even better. I hope to graduate to lying down and using it soon! Overall, would highly recommend this product!

don’t believe the hype you’ve been warned
been using this diligently for a month exactly. it provides a few minutes of relief at best. normally i wouldn’t be so upset because this is in line with all the massage/rehab gadgets and tools out there (foam rollers, massage sticks, etc.) but at the price point of $200+ this tiny piece of plastic is committing highway robbery. i’m 1 day past the return policy and am pissed at myself for buying into the hype and at the company for manufacturing a 10 cent piece of junk. please don’t be as stupid as me.

    Disappointed with effectiveness and value
Not as stable and easy, adjustable to use as advertised! I didn’t find it to be able to accomplish the same muscle release as other tools I’ve tried. Overall disappointed with the pain relief achieved vs how much it costs. I don’t believe it gives you enough value for the money.

    Hooked on the Hip Hook
OMG!! This funny looking thing really works. I had my doubts when a friend suggested that it might help me after having both my hips replaced a year ago. I decided to buy it because I knew that if it did not work, I could return it, thanks to Amazon policies. But I was pleasantly surprised to see how well this worked on my new hips which are frequently stiff. I now feel that when I go to the gym for Yoga, or to play pickleball, that I have much more flexibility and much less pain and discomfort. This definitely is a must try for any of you skeptics. I am HOOKED on the Original Hip Hook!

    Works well but too pricey
I’ll start by saying that once you get the hang of the Hip Hook, it does actually work. It might take you a few tries to get your positioning just right and if you have mobility issues, trying this out on the floor could be problematic with getting up and down. I was able to figure it out and get some muscle relief by using the hip hook. You can definitely feel the release in your lower back when your hip is worked correctly. The size worked for me at 5’10”. The tool itself is pretty good quality and durability. It has a nice weight to it, but at around $200, I don’t think it has the value for the cost that you would expect. Maybe if it came with a massaging feature? But this is a pretty simple home remedy tool for pain and muscle relief that is made of metal and plastic. I don’t feel like it’s worth $200.
