Good mask, mixed feelings
The first thing that stands out about this therapy mask is that it’s flexible. This not only provides extra comfort when wearing it, but it allows for people with different sized and shapes faces to use it. It’s got a unique charging system that shows the level of charge as it goes with successive blinks in three dots. There can be no confusion when it’s done, and that’s also a plus. In order you use the mask, you simply attach the charged piece to the side where it’s out of the way. It’s magnetic, so zero effort is involved. As I have a small head measuring about 20.5 inches in circumference, and I wish there were different sizes. The one strap was not enough to keep it from slipping, especially since most of the velcro was in the air, unused. I think two straps are necessary. It’s not so much that it’s heavy, but it is large to accommodate various faces. I had half an inch of mask under my chin. The eye pieces are quite easy to add on, and they’re very soft and smooth. Adding them does make the mask protrude, though, so you have to decide which is more important to you. As you can see in the video, it turns on as soon as you attach the charger, which I don’t like. Unless it’s already on your face, you’ll be bombarded by bright lights. There is one cycle button, and I observed four modes, not three. The booklet that comes with it explains everything clearly. I wish it were a little lighter, but it’s a decent mask. Do I think it’s worth the current price point of $169.99? Not a chance!
