This will work for me
Been struggling to quit vaping. Tried suckers, which helped to some extent, but I have diabetes, so the extra sugar wasn’t good. The necklace arrived today and I can already tell it will work well for me. While it can feel like sucking air through a straw, there’s an adjustable air flow, so you can get some resistance. I’ve only tried the watermelon ice flavor so far. It was my favorite when I started vaping and the flavor was reminiscent of early watermelon ice vapes. Not bad. If you’re truly determined to quit, this helps with the physical habit.

The device works as I expected it would. I am not a fan of the flavors. I received Strawberry Ice, Blueberry Ice, and Watermelon Ice. I could barely detect the strawberry and no blueberry, it is all just mint. I am also disappointed that I am having a hard time finding refills. Each time I find refills, it seems to have a necklace with it.

This tool is easy to use and great for helping with calming yourself down. Not just for anxiety, but can be used to help break habits that include inhaling other substances and replacing with this device. The flavor profiles are simple, but enough to enjoy and bring a sense of relief. The whistle like appearance is easy to conceal and the chain that comes with it is strong. The material is a type of metal, so it can easily withstand being dropped or knocking on surfaces. Great value to help keep the senses calm.

Stopped smoking more than a decade ago but took on vaping for about 6 years. Although I dont do it often (can go hours without), i still want to completely stop the habit. It wasnt the first time I seen this type of habit switching device. Seeing it first made me really intrigued to say the least. Now that ive got it, I realized I may have put it alittle too high on the pedestal.First of, I can live without the visceral feeling of seeing the vapor. The Airflow, although it runs thin, I can adjust it to its tightest so to simulate the closest thing to a draw from its electronic counterpart. The flavoured air… its ok. Maybe the cooling sensation is intended to provide that feeling of a hit. But tbh, there’s none of that feeling. I did a MTL drag and the feeling wasnt even close. I know this isn’t an apples to apples comparison, but if you’re looking at this review, it must mean you are trying to look for alternatives like me.Yes, its built fantastically. The craftsmanship, including the necklace, is all made out of real metal and has a nice weight to it. Its a gorgeous piece sure. But I am after its effectiveness to deliver its end of the bargain.This might very well work for super casual smokers, but for those whose got dependencies? This will be a tests of attrition and will. The flavours arent bad. The cooling sensation leaves a nice chill. The feeling of affixation to hold something and take a drag, this will satisfy as well… but for the downright cellular part? Thats where YOU have to come in and do the lifting.As for me, im still using it and trying my best.One step at a time.

I am quite a heavy vaper, and I have wanted to quit for some time now, but like most habits, they are very hard to break. I ordered this stop-smoking breathing necklace because I have been very curious to see if it would help me in reaching my goal of quitting vaping.The necklace and unit are very well made, and both feel strong and more durable than I expected them to be. The chain is a good length for me; I can keep the necklace around my neck, and it reaches my mouth with plenty of leeway. There are 3 flavour packs included, each pack contains 3 replacement filters. The flavours are good; each has a dominant menthol flavour to them, which I enjoy. There is an adjustable air vent on the body of the unit that enables you to control the resistance when you breathe .Overall, I think this necklace has potential as a quit-smoking aid; however, I have to say that, like any other quit-smoking aid, you will need self-discipline and willpower to want to quit.

Rating this on the build quality of the product and the description.Not rating this on the ability to quit smoking – Truly a trade off of willpower and determination – this won’t make you quit smoking but could work as a good distraction between cravings.I feel this works best to help relieve anxiety for most. A good distraction that will help you focus on and control your breathing, which usually helps anxiety.The materials are excellent and the build quality is extremely good. This item is durable and will last a long time.It’s tough and would not be easy to damage, even if dropped from a significant height or stepped on.The chain is excellent too – great quality and weight, easy to use clasp but long enough to put over head.Easy to use.You can adjust the air intake hole from 100% open to completely closed, allowing you to change the amount of air intake making it increasingly challenging to fill your lungs – kinda like a lung workout!Although they provide you with “natural flavors” that can be used to enhance the experience, I’m not partial to using that sort of thing and cannot comment on the experience.Overall, could be a great solution for many but will ultimately depend on you!

This breathing necklace is part of my New Year’s resolution to quit smoking/vaping, which has become a mindless habit at this point. But on the flip side I do have trouble with panic attacks and controlling my breathing is one of my biggest challenges so I’m hoping that this will help me to step away, slow down and control hyperventilating episodes. The necklace is well constructed and aside from the mouthpiece (which is string plastic) feels like it’s made completely from metal. The adjustable airflow is easy to change but doesn’t shift easily when it’s being worn or carried in a bag. It’s discreet not really looking like anything particular -more like a silent whistle really- and inserting or changing the flavour sticks is easy. The flavour sticks sorta look like charcoal but they’re soft and moist and the flavours have a very pleasant and strong smell that’s noticeable as soon as the package is opened. Regarding flavour it is pretty mild with more aroma than flavour (if you drink infused water or Bubly you’ll know what I mean). The chain is 31.5cm long, the breathing device is 7.5cm long. I like the color and feel of this very much, very similar to taking a drag off the real thing. Each flavour is refreshing and ‘chilled’, pleasant. Nice product.
