My mother inlaw is extremely picky! She loves this cushion. Its study enough that is doesn’t go flat and provides support and comfort. She spends most of her time sitting and this has eased so much pressure from a sore She developed on her tail bone. She is very happy with this cushion. It doesn’t make getting up harder either. Highly recommend this one.

Great, firm seat cushion with smallish opening for tail bone
This cushion is light to carry but the silicone nubs on the bottom stick pretty well to the chair to keep it in place. The cushion is very firm and the first impression when you sit is to feel like it is hard, but you do sink into it a little and it does feel good to sit on. The opening in the back center for your tail bone is fine if you don’t shift around in your seat. If you do, the opening isn’t quite big enough and you end up sitting on the solid part of the cushion. So an improvement for this cushion might be to make the opening that they already have slightly bigger.Also, the part of the cushion that rises up in the back can interfere when trying to also use a back pillow. So it becomes a negotiation to get both to work, where I use a rolled towel yo film the space I create between the back of the chair and the cushion to make room for the back pillow without the back pillow falling behind the seat cushion.Because of the above, I reduced my rating because it is not easy to use when you also need a back pillow.

Very Comfortable, Good Size
I’ve lost 60 lbs and now have tailbone pain when I sit. Not any more after using this cushion! It’s very comfortable! It arrives shrink-wrapped. It was cold. I unwrapped & let it sit about 4 hours so it could fully expand and get to room temp. It’s a great size, the quality is outstanding, it has great support. I love that I can take the cover off to launder. I’m glad I trusted the reviews and bought this! I was feeling desperate to find some comfort. If you’re on the fence, I don’t think you’d regret purchasing this one.
