Using Tips:
1. If you only plug one wire, you should make sure that two pads connected with the same wire are placed on your skin at the same time so that the unit can work properly. If you plug two wires, you need to connect the 4 or 6 pads to the both wires and then place all of these pads on your skin at the same time, otherwise it will not work.
2. The TENS device will be shut off automatically because the timer is set for 10-60 minutes. The max timing for one running is 60 minutes. If you need more therapy for longer than 60 minutes, you need to reset it.
Note: Not suitable for pregnant women and hypertension patients, and not safe for people with pacemakers.
Unit is on, but no sensation is felt in the pads.
Both pads are not firmly on the skin. Or there is a loose connection. When you use two pads(one channel) or four pads(two channels), make sure you have placed all the pads on your body, otherwise it won’t work; Intensity level needs to be increased.
Adhesive gel pads do not stick to skin even after cleaning and moistening the gel pad.
Adhesive gel pads need to be replaced.
Does not provide adequate pain relief.
Use your massager 20-30 minutes at a time, 3-6 times per day. Not using it long enough. Not lying down when massaging neck.
Unit does not turn on or the screen is dim.
Battery is low, recharge the battery.
One pads feels stronger than other.
This is normal. Different areas of your body will react differently. Make sure the pads are moist and are making good contact.

The Belifu Tens machine is an amazing little tool to have when you have a muscle/tendon/bone injury. Similar to what you would recv during a PT session: it’s compact, easy to use & definitely provides relief. Why the 3 star? I herniated 2 disk in March of last year…while on journey to recovery I purchased the Belifu Tens machine (June 2025) – in less then a year it has just stopped working. Disappointed that a product like this would be thrown away in less then a year – however, due to the relief it does provide (when working) I will purchase another & Hope it’s last a little longer.Review Update: 2026Customer service – 5 🌟 Star!I Was contacted by Belifu Customer Service recently . They advised they had reviewed the above & wanted to resend/refund the Belifu Tens due to defectiveness (stopped working after less then a year! ). I accepted refund & immediately repurchased the same. I Can not stress enough how well this little machine works to stimulate sore/injured muscles & joints! My fingers are crossed that this one will last longer then the last one (less then a year🙁) – IMO: Belifu Customer Service has gone above & beyond in refund & I could not be a happier repeat customer. Tens unit works great! It’s lightweight and small so it’s convenient to carry with me anywhere. I use it for TMJ pain and it works great. It’s easy to use with lots of settings and intensity levels.I had it for about a year before it stopped working. I reached out to the company and they were so helpful and quick! They sent me a new one and it arrived very quickly. Would definitely buy from them again!

This little unit is powerful and easy to use . I loved another unit and had 3 of them in the past , then suddenly they disappeared from the internet . Unavailable .. therefore , I needed to find one similar to it. They are hard to find . Many just don’t have the ability to curb the pain or exercise the muscles at all . This one is adequate , has a long battery life and the pads can be used from any snap on type . I like it ! Hoping it lasts , many units breakdown either screen issues or on/off switch falling off .the build on these is often cheap . That’s why, when I find a good one , I stock up!

Magical but will not charge
I purchased this item back in November. I dont use it often but when I do it does the job every time. I love this little tens device so much i would buy it again and again but……this machine will not charge to save its life. I have tried numerous times with numerous different chargers and it still wont charge. Obviously the battery life is amazing to last all this time using it as needed. I just wish it would charge because I dont wanna have to buy a new one every time I wanna charge it because the battery died.
