Good tool, I’m not sure about effectiveness
Got this on a whim, originally intended to give it as a Christmas gift. But decided to keep it after my wife hurt her leg. She doesn’t see any difference, I try to myself whenever I have sore muscles on the recommended settings, and honestly, I think it helps, but pain in the placebo effect can be so effective that I just don’t know. I’ve always been skeptical of these infrared devices. But given other people’s thoughts about it, I suppose it does work OK.For the other parts, it is very durable, which kind of sensor apart from some of the other infrared things I’ve seen. It is bulky, has a really good battery life, and it’s more official looking than others. That’s why I’ve given it a little bit more benefit of the doubt.

A flashlight for pain! So cool!
I picked this up to keep on hand for when I’m suffering from neck pain (I’ve recently had two surgeries so I am still in recovery). This little flashlight is really easy to use, and it works as intended. It’s built in a heavy duty case, and the frequencies are selected by pushing the power button, where it clearly shows what frequency you have chosen. I hold the flashlight right on where I need to get pain relief, and I better and more relaxed after about 10 minutes! This little guy really is a hard worker whenIt comes to my pain. What a relief to be able to have this on hand if I need some comfort.This is absolutely a great value.

It’s very well made, all aluminum construction and surprisingly heavy and robust for it’s size. The battery charges quickly and lasts a long time. It came with a nice mesh bag that is cushioned for storage. I really like how easy this is to use and it’s easy enough to put in a pocket so you can bring it along. I am using to decrease muscle knots and cramps in my neck and shoulders. I also have tried it on my hands and wrist and it does feel good like it is reducing some inflammation. Worth the price.

Small and easy to use 3red light therapy
I believe in red light therapy and have a few different types of red light devices. What I like best about this flashlight style is that it provides three specific wavelengths (660nm + 730nm + 810nm) in a focused spot so you can concentrate on a site. Most other lights only have 2 wavelengths. The USB-C rechargeable feature is great because you don’t need to buy batteries or worry about leaks ruining the device. The charge should last 4-7 hours and I haven’t yet needed to recharge my light after about 3 hours use. The one button design makes it simple and intuitive to use, but you need to refer to the user guide to select and light combinations other than the default triple frequency.

Super portable!
This device is great for taking with you wherever you going & have red-light therapy available at all times. It is a handheld device, so you do have to hold it while using but that is just a minor inconvenience for having such a small & portable gadget. It is small enough to carry even in a pocket, just like a small flashlight. It provides strong red-light, so is still just as adequate as larger devices although really best utilized on smaller spots of the body. It is very easy to use & holds a charge quite well. It is reasonably priced especially when compared to some handheld devices I’ve seen & I would definitely get again.
