Company Founder Resolved Issue – I do recommend the product
UPDATE:Here is an important update. The company’s founder, Lauren, contacted me and said that, due to circumstances outside their control, there was an issue in the manufacturing process with a specific batch. Lauren explained to me that they recalled this faulty batch and had since resolved the issue causing the error.I have since received a replacement. Now the B-Pulse is functioning and provides me with the therapeutic benefits I was hoping for. My updated opinion is that I can honestly recommend this product. I appreciate what the company founder did.Old Review:I rarely leave negative reviews, but this product does not perform as advertised. I tried two separate sets, and both suffered from severe and persistent connection issues, making them unreliable and unable to perform their basic function.This was particularly concerning because the product is marketed as a somatic regulation tool. When it failed during use, it actively disrupted my ability to self-regulate rather than supporting it.Customer service was effectively non-existent. I contacted the company twice through their website and received no response. I allowed time for troubleshooting and follow-up, but none occurred. After initiating a return, I received an email reportedly from the founder; however, my direct reply also went unanswered.The devices would work briefly and then stop functioning entirely, repeatedly. Given the unreliable performance and complete lack of customer support, I cannot recommend this product. Save your time, money, and effort.

If I could rate this product, zero stars, I would it is quite counterproductive for the use of EMDR bilateral simulation. You are unable to reprocess with this bad poor quality bluetooth connection that goes in and out it doesn’t make anything easier and makes it waste of session time for clinician and client. Extremely disappointed.

Useful product. Glad I purchased
This product is very useful for me. I do not use it in a clinical setting for EMDR for example. I use it for personal use. It helps with my anxiety and you have a good selection of controls in the app. It functions very well for me. There a few app functions that I can’t seem to figure out how to set correctly but it doesn’t affect the quality or functionality I need it for. Battery life seems to be useful meaning it lasts more than a few hours but wouldn’t be good to be left on for more than I’d say 5+ hours. But I haven’t run into issues personally for needing it on that long.

Great buy, very reliable
As a therapist doing EMDR with both kids and adults this is the only BLS option that works for all my clients. Wireless is a must when I’m working with kids, but this product is just as good for adults. I love that the wrist straps come off so my clients can just hold them if they want and the accessories they sell for child therapists are SO CUTE! Bonus points for the app being free (no subscription!) and easy to use. I cant wait until they come out with their light bar!

Use for EMDR for sensory sensitive clients but not strong enough for most.
Wish the buzzers were stronger. The highest setting wasn’t much for my clients. Good for those with sensory sensitivities. I use it will my teen who is autistic when she’s sensory seeking and anxious. Good ease of use, value for money.

Works really well! However, the pulsating can get a bit uneven at times…and I have to reset it to get it back to work. Not sure if it’s me or the design of the machine.

Not working
It’s a great concept but they buzzers keep disconnecting from the Bluetooth and stop in the middle of my sessions. It will stay connected very intermittently and it’s unpredictable when it stops working. I can’t find any way of getting a hold of the company to fix this.
