You can feel it
All I can say is that the product gives a nice range of electrical impulses better than those other hand held devices I’ve tried in the past. I will update my post when I can say weather or not it is helping me sleep. I do find the current to be distracting to get me out of my head and I think that is nice.

GREAT!…. except one thing 😔
I love this thing. It REALLY works to help me ease into sleep alot fatster. I’ve been able to stop taking melatonin as a result. I also use it during the day to help high high anxiety that I deal with.The ONLY thing I dont like at ALL about it is the strap. It’s just an uber cheap piece of hard plastic velcro. Its edges are super hard and it actually causes discomfort before I wake up the next day. Since it’s to be used by your hand…. I’d think something softer and more comfortable should be used. It’s edges are hard enough to cut the skin in your palm.

The compact design makes it easy to carry around, whether I’m at home, on a flight, or staying in a hotel. The gentle vibrations (or tones, depending on your setting) are surprisingly effective in helping calm the mind and body, and To those saying it’s like an electric shock and uncomfortable/hurts, you can turn down the intensity, I simply turned it down to a lower setting and it felt like a heart beat in my hand, very easy to use
