Fun way to remember to drink
I bought this for my daughter because she tends to get dehydrated. She loves the little screen that lights up and the colors that light up to remind her to drink. Giving it four stars because the amount of water it logs on the app is way off. It will say she drink 26 ounces but the water bottle doesn’t even hold that much.

Water H has terrible customer support
The bottles themselves are fine, but the customer support is terrible. One of the two bottles I purchased will not display the name on the screen, even though the feature is clearly available and enabled in the app settings. I contacted support for help troubleshooting, and after almost a week, they responded by incorrectly saying that the feature is not available on the bottle. It clearly is, and the issue is that one of the bottles is defective. Because of the poor support and misinformation, I will be returning both bottles.

I’m finally drinking enough water
I’ve had this water bottle for a week and so far I’m super happy with it. I bought it for myself (adult) because I hate carrying around a huge and heavy water bottle. The size is perfect. This is finally a tool that is helping me actually drink enough water throughout the day. I really like how you can tap the screen and easily see the percentage of progress. The app so far has been easy to use and it’s nice to be able to see my progress over the last week. Really happy with this water bottle and so far it has been 100% worth the money.

So far so good! Although I am an adult I needed more motivation to stay hydrated and this cute cup has really helped! I chose this one because the cat on the packaging looked like my cat 😆 I like how you can choose the colours and patterns it flashes to remind you to drink. for me this is a good size as it’s not huge but not too small. I tried using apps etc on my phone in the past but they didn’t help. Cons? 1) The rubber/silicone base wrap (for lack of a better word) occasionally comes off when it’s in a tight drink holder but is easily put back on and cup is still functional without it. I actually love this rubber thing bc it keeps the cup from scraping on a surface when you put it down – it’s like a build in coaster. And makes it easier to grip. 2) I just need to remember to bring the cup with me! But that’s a user error not the cup’s fault. So far worth every penny. Charge has held up very well. If it lasts long term will buy them for gifts for family in six months at Christmas!

Bought this for my 12 year old daughter who’s been struggling to keep a good level of hydration. Bought yesterday and it’s already been a hit , it’s made drinking a game rather than another stressful task to complete.It’s also well built and was easy to connect to my phone so now I can also track her daily intake.

She was having a problem remembering to drink water, but this smart bottle with its drinking reminders has helped her to drink water at more regular intervals. It’s not a large bottle, so it will require more frequent refills, but it’s not a bad size either when it comes to portability. It’s well made with quality materials and a higher level of manufacturing.
