This is a great device for lung exercise and improving lung strength.I got it for my mom; she has been having difficulties breathing due to lung problems because of age, and this device has been helping her a lot. I like it because it is compact and easy to carry.She has a bigger, more professional one to use at night, but this is great for helping her remove mucus and sleep better. Felt Silly at First, Then I Noticed a Difference
I’ll be honest, the first time I used this I felt like I was hooked up to some weird science experiment. But after a few days, it started to make sense.The 5000ml capacity gives you something to work toward without feeling impossible right away. I liked having the visual feedback, it kind of turns breathing into a little challenge. When the indicator goes too high you realize you’re rushing it, and when it barely moves you know you’re being lazy. It keeps you honest.It’s simple to take apart and clean, which matters because anything involving a mouthpiece can get gross fast if it’s annoying to deal with. This one wasn’t.I started using it just to see what it would do, but it actually helped me slow my breathing down and be more aware of it, especially after a long day or when I felt a little tight in my chest. It’s one of those things that seems basic, but ends up being oddly satisfying once you get into it.

It helped my breathing a lot!
I have COPD and I was skeptical it would help my breathing and I was pleasantly surprise that it did improve my breathing. I have used it twice a day since I got it. The first times I used it I could only get it to 1000 to 1500 ml, after a week I was at 3000ml and now I can consistently get to 4000ml and once in awhile I can peg it. I don’t know if it has helped me increase my lung capacity or has trained me to take deeper breaths I just know it has made a big difference on my breathing! Great product at a reasonable price!

This device has been a life saver! Normally I use my nebulizer and steroids and I get over chest colds but this time, nope. It was deep in my chest and my body got tired of coughing and nothing would come up. I bought this (since I couldn’t find mine after moving) and the first day I used it, wow, great results!
