Well made light. therapy mat
This device comes with realistic instructions. It seems to work well, including shutting itself off after 20 minutes. (More time on it is not helpful, apparently.) It is not a quick fix, but lying on the warm lights is very relaxing. After consistent use for about a month, I do feel that the arthritis in my back is less bothersome .

I am a 66 year old woman. I have been using the mask for sometime now and I have seen a difference, so I figured that I would order the mat. I ordered 2. I watch TV and lay in bed with them when I feel like it. I started using them as the beginning of 2026. Over the past week I kept looking at my hands thinking that something was different then it hit me. When I was in the 8th grade I dropped a frying pan full of oil and burned my hand very badly. Product works very well – heals and improves sleep quality
The product works very well, I can feel the effect on its very first use. I’ve been using it for 3 months now, almost daily. Upon first few times of use, my skin was shedding leaving a layer of dead skin on the mat and obviously rejuvenating. Throughout the months, I’ve noticed my belly stretch marks reduced, skin feels nicer, aches and pain from cubital tunnel syndrome or soreness from exercises diminishes faster the next day. Every night that I use it I fall asleep faster. The size is perfect keep on the bed and folds up easily when done use to store on the side. It’s also interesting that I recovered faster after pulling my neck or shoulder after using the mat for a couple of days. It works so well I bought another one to gift a friend and recommended them to others. Clean is super easy, I just use a wet baby wipe to wipe it down after each use. Every LED light is still working just fine after 3 months of daily use.

Quit working after 4 months!
I had this mat for four months and it quit working completely. It will not come on at all! Very, very disappointing.

Large, Effective, and Worth The Price
This was worth every penny of the purchase price! I use this pad several times a week and would use it more if I could fit it into my schedule. The size is great for near full body coverage. It can be set for 3 different power (low, medium, high) and 4 different light settings (Near Infra, Infra, Combination, and Pulse). It automatically shuts off after 20 minutes, so I don’t have to watch the clock. I use it for 20 minutes on my back, then turn over for 20 more. After about a month of use, I’m seeing no issues with the pad’s performance. I do wipe it down with a soft dry towel after each use. On the highest setting, it does get a little warm, but not hot by any means. The plastic is comfortable to lay on and doesn’t seem to cause sweating and it folds up for easy storage under the bed. I do notice a reduction in inflammation when there is an injury, muscle recovery after workouts, and it does often make me feel a little sleepy on the highest settings, which isn’t really a complaint. Read the instructions and use it responsibly for best results.

Cord is too short, low light density
I bought this mat because I had bought a mat from comfytemp last fall (XL) to try out red light therapy. The quality of that mat is good and it still works, though the cord is somewhat annoyingly short. I wanted a larger mat for more exposure, so I bought this one (XXXL) from comfytemp too. I was rather disappointed. The most notable fault is that despite the larger size, the number of LEDs is the same… So the light density is 25% of the smaller mat. Definitely not great, but in theory you could move it around and use it for an 60-80 minutes instead of 20 I guess, though that’s obviously not ideal. The worst issue is that the cord is even shorter and now has a bulky adapter mid way, making it a hassle to use on a standard height bed, even with a surge protector pulled out to be right next to the bed. I give it three stars because it works and the build quality is still good.

Great red light mat for large body areas
I live red light therapy. Since the first time I used it I could see the results. This may is perfect because is a large size and covers a big area of my body. It is excellent for the skin, easy to manage, good quality, and helps with pain. I recommend this mat!
