We bought this for my 92 year old Mom. She had just been in the hospital with pneumonia, and once it was cleared up, they sent her home on oxygen. (Her oxygen levels had dropped to 82 when the rescue squad measured it. Anything below 92 is considered dangerous.)She didn’t want to wear the oxygen tube every minute of every day, yet we couldn’t tell what her O2 sat levels were. The man who delivered the oxygen to the house suggested we try on Amazon, because they sold the oximeter for a LOT less money than his company does. We were thankful for that information. We ordered it on a Monday evening, and it was delivered to our door on Friday. If Mom got up to go to the bathroom or kitchen, she would take off the breathing tube, but check her levels once at her destination. If the levels dropped to 96 or 95, she would take some deep breaths to raise it back up to at least 98.When we had a followup appt with her Primary Care Doctor, then the Cardiologist, she wore the meter around her neck and showed it to both doctors.****BOTH Stressed that she should remain on the oxygen, other than those brief times off it. The Cardiologist said, “That shows how well your blood cells are processing the oxygen but it does NOT show that you have an overall low red blood cell count. That can be shown only with blood tests. So don’t get cocky and get rid of the oxygen!”*******We explain it this way: If you’re supposed to have 100 red blood cells and you have only 6, it doesn’t matter HOW well those 6 are processing the oxygen, your body needs more in order to function properly.So, this meter gives you a VERY quick overview of your oxygen levels. We are super pleased to have a way of checking that reading, at least. It is affordable. Mom is legally blind and suffers from severe arthritis, yet this is SO easy for her to use. Her craggy old fingers can push the button and she can still see enough to read the window once it counts down. (in only a few seconds) We sent emails to all her remaining friends who are above 90, asking if they shouldn’t invest in this.

The pulse oximeter works as expected. Have used it for about two weeks with no problems. I have no chance as yet to compare it against a hospital unit.Pros: Large red LED gives clear readings even at night. The auto-switch-off kicks in a few seconds after taking it off the finger. If left on the finger, it reads constantly (Note that the booklet mentioned that it is not meant for continuous monitoring).Minor con: It does not work easily on toddler fingers, perhaps because of their smaller sizes e.g. it gave different readings for the middle versus the index finger for a child. Basically, you have to try out a few fingers until you figure out which one will work consistently. You also have to ensure that the child’s finger is placed straight and in the middle of the grove (No trouble what so ever with adult fingers though).Noticed that when readings are high (98% or more), the unit reads those fast and stablized quickly. However, when readings are low (93% or thereabouts), the unit takes about 30 seconds to a minute to stabilize (it provides an initial lower read, slowly climb up and then stop).

love Spigen products. I purchased the Spigen case and absolutely love it. It’s durable and already protected my phone against several falls. So naturally, when it was time to order a screen protector, I chose the Spigen screen protector.I live in a household where we ALL have multiple iPhones. Even my toddler has an older iPhone he uses to go on apps or play games on. Every now and again, my little guy gets annoyed with his “old” iPhone 5 and wants to upgrade and use my brand now iPhone 6S lol. In addition to my toddler playing rough with my phones, I am not the most delicate when it comes to phones. Needless to say, screen protectors in this house are a MUST!I’ve purchased cheap screen protectors in the past and found I had to replace them every few months.Unlike some of the cheaper protectors, the Spigen screen protector for iPhone 6s is made from tempered glass, not plastic. It is harder and less easy to scratch. It also protects your screen better because it provides a thicker layer of protection. It was also very easy to install. It pretty much came with everything needed to apply the screen protector. It also came with a very detailed instruction guide on how to properly install the screen protector.I cleaned the screen with an alcohol wipe. I then used the dry cloth in the kit to completely dry my screen before applying the screen protector. The guide stickers are also included to pretty much keep the the installation dummy-proof. This helps against those nasty bubbles that form when the screen is improperly installed. Once my screen was clean, I used the stickers to guide and drop the protector onto the screen. It adhered perfectly and smoothly, with no bubbles. The size is smaller than the front glass of the iPhone, however I found this helps it to stay on screen properly with my case on it.The screen protector is very clear, you won’t realize its exists. It provides good protection for smudges. The nice thing is that it doesn’t interfere with any function of the Touch 3D.My two year son immediately grabbed the phone from me and put his little sticky fingers all over it. To my surprise, there were no fingerprint marks left on the screen. Pretty impressive.I cannot comment on the durability of the screen protector since I just applied it. However, if I am not satisfied, I will update my review.Overall I highly recommend this screen protector. I love that it comes with everything you need to install.Although I received this screen protector free or at a discounted rate to provide an unbiased honest review, this doesn’t affect my five star rating for it. I rely heavily on reviews before buying products so I personally like to be honest when reviewing items myself! If at any time I find the product does not live up to the initial review, I will update my review to reflect my findings.I found this screen protector to be of excellent quality and would recommend it to family and friends.Hope you found my review to be helpful. Came well supplied with latex case and carrying case, lanyards, and batteries. Worked perfectly and happy so far with purchase. Thank youamended Jan 2021Lasted one year, changed batteries and it was dead. Then remembered, need to reverse one battery, contrary to markings, and working fine. Very accurate readings.

Neat unit with optional protective cover. Very clear display, can by flipped over for viewing more easily. Accurate pulse count – checked manually – important for me as my rate is irregular. Reasonable price. Slightly heavy on end of finger, but I got used to it and can happily wear it continuously during exercise session.

My mum is on oxygen 24/7 and needs to keep track of her levels when she moves around and this gadget is ideal and very accurate. It also gives a pulse reading and I have been able to determine when she’s had a few chest infections as the pulse rate is very high. It is helpful when I have had to phone the drs or paramedics to give them readings over the phone. Mum carries hers round with her everywhere and wouldn’t be without it. Brilliant little gadget.
