Nice clear display with correct color code
Finally, one of the multi-color display oximeters that uses green for the oxygen number. Green is the standard color code for things that are related to oxygen. This display is clear, unlike some. This one does not have the “feature” where the display can be flipped from reading top to bottom or bottom to top. That “feature” (or flaw) has caused me to get erroneous readings on another one. My only complaint is that the response time on this one is about 9 seconds, rather than the 6 seconds that I get from another that has an inferior display. Accuracy seems to be on par with all the rest of the ones out there, which is pretty good. The AAA batteries fit well, unlike some others. …and all this for less than ten bucks. I’m going to order a spare.

Reliable and Portable, with a Minor Quirk
I’m generally quite impressed. For the price point, it delivers on its core promise of providing quick and easy-to-read blood oxygen and pulse rate readings.The setup is literally foolproof. You just slip it on your finger, press the single button, and within seconds, the bright, multi-directional OLED display lights up with your SpO2 and pulse rate. The display is clear and easy to read in various lighting conditions, which is a huge plus. The device itself is incredibly lightweight and comes with a string to keep up with it, making it truly portable. The battery life also seems excellent.In terms of accuracy, it feels consistent. When I’ve compared it to other, more expensive oximeters at my clinic, the readings have been within a very acceptable range. It gives me the confidence I need to monitor my oxygen saturation during intense cardio sessions.So, why not 5 stars? My only real complaint is its sensitivity to movement and cold fingers. To get a stable, accurate reading, you need to be fairly still. If you’re walking around or shivering, the device will often fail to get a reading or will flash an error signal. Similarly, on days when my hands are particularly cold, it can take a bit longer to lock on, and sometimes I have to warm up my fingers first. It’s a common issue with many consumer-grade oximeters, but it’s worth noting.Overall, this is a fantastic, affordable, and highly portable oximeter for the average person who wants to keep an eye on their vitals. It’s not a medical-grade device for continuous monitoring during intense activity, but for spot checks at home, at the gym, or while traveling, it’s more than up to the task. A great value that I would recommend.

Don’t use with hands cold or shaking
