Build & Setup:The tub is sturdy, well-insulated, and surprisingly easy to set up. It holds a consistent temperature (I keep mine around 50°F), and the included cover helps retain the chill between sessions. Setup only took 20 minutes

At this price, do not miss out on this Cold Plunge!We couldn’t be happier with our Wilder Cold Plunge. The whole family has been using it daily. I was very impressed with the quality and would highly recommend this cold plunge. We hope to purchase a plastic-safe warmer for the winter months to keep it from freezing solid in the Ontario, Canada winters. Have filled and emptied many times in the month we’ve had it, and it holds up well to being moved around, tipped, cleaned and emptied. We were contemplating investing in a full electric cold plunge and decided to purchase this Wilder plunge to make sure we’d keep up with the new habit… now we’re hooked and so far see no need to invest thousands in an electric tank. It is really roomy too – I can sit cross legged on the bottom with space around me. From the hose in the middle of summer our water is 55 degrees and with ice added it is between 48-50… perfect! We missed the sale but would still highly recommend the Wilder Cold Plunge at full price! Would also make a great gift.
