For me this was way better than advertised!
This is going to sound like I was paid to do this review. To tell the truth I was a little skeptical about red light therapy. Most of what I have read seemed like anecdotal evidence. Nope! I am 78 and blown away by the unexpected results of red light therapy. I just wanted more energy. Out of the blue i found out I was able to turn my head to the right which I’ve not been able to do in many many years. At my age my skin was, let’s just say, rough. I’m talking about my back and arms as well as my face, from too much sun. Yes, it did smooth out my skin. A lot! I wasn’t looking for that benefit, i do sort of like it. Many little pains are subsiding. Seems to be built fairly substantially. I have been using it about 4 months and it still looks like new.

Basic red light therapy belt
I’ve had my fair share of red light therapy devices over the years and this one was one of the more simple ones. It felt nice and was a decent size to put onto my legs or back without issues. There are different power levels that you can set as well as a timer that shuts off automatically after the session is done. Though honestly, I didn’t feel much different after using the mat on my shoulders after I had some soreness and aching after a workout. It may take a bit more time before I get the full effects.

This red light therapy pad is nice! It looks and feel good quality and well made. It comes with bands to wrap it around your limbs and waist. It gets warm so it’s perfect for soothing sore muscles and girl-pain. I am very happy with this red light pad!

Red light therapy
Red light mat provides low frequency red light for your body. The item works as expected and is easy to use and adjust. It’s nice that it is a pad, so you can use this on various parts of your body that might need attention. I am not sure if this works to cure health ailments, but it does appear to work fine otherwise.

Its just red LEDs, not the same a a “Red Light” bed. Not proper wavelength or power for anything aside from lighting a room red.

I got this red light belt mainly because my knees and lower back bother me, especially on cold days. It’s not very big, but that actually makes it easy to place right where I need it. I’ve used it while watching TV on the couch, and even at my desk, and it stays in place with the Velcro straps.It’s soft and bends well, so it wraps around the body without feeling stiff. I plug it into my power bank, which is super handy because I don’t have to sit right next to an outlet. After a few sessions, I noticed the area feels a little looser and not as stiff.the downside is the instructions don’t explain much, so I had to just figure it out as I went.For the price, I’m happy with it. It’s simple, lightweight, and easy to store in a drawer when I’m done. If you have sore joints or muscles and want something small and easy to use at home, this is a pretty good option.
