Cool Item, but Very Non-Essential
This order came with a health tracking ring in a silver color, sized 9.5.So, this is a pretty neat little device. It’s lightweight and durable, water resistant, and it tracks things like heart rate and sleep with surprising accuracy. It’s not the MOST accurate thing in the world, but it’s good for what it is. The downsides of the ring are the sizing, battery life, and ease of use. To use it, you have to use an app that is not the most intuitive for American or British users. The ring only lasts about a day or so before it dies. The only way you can get a sense of the battery life of the device is through the app. The sizing of the ring is also off, falling shorter than a standard ring. In this regard, it’s not the most comfortable ring to wear unless you size up. I recommend this ring for its sense of tech appeal, but caution you against its sizing, ease of use, and low battery life.

This is a really nice smart Health ring for my husband. I love that this is a fraction of the cost of some of the other ones on the market and it still does all of the same things. Plenty of features the accuracy is excellent and the battery life is out of this world. It charges up very quickly and the charge lasts a great amount of time. My husband had this set up and ready to use in no time. He was just sure to look over all the directions and put everything together nicely and step by step. He said it was simple and straightforward if you just follow the instructions. He said it is very comfortable to wear and this way he can keep track of every little thing. We are super happy with this and definitely think it is a solid 10 out of 10 great quality product and worth every penny

Tried everything to find the app using the QR Code provided with the ring but nothing would come up. Found the app in the app store but it wouldn’t work. This product is a scam

Size is off
I was excited to try this smart ring, but unfortunately my experience hasn’t been great. The sizing seems off, I ordered a size 10, which is my usual size, but it feels a little too big.Another issue is that the ring disconnects from the app during the night. In the morning I have to reconnect it, and because it disconnected, it doesn’t record or show any of my sleep data from the night.It also doesn’t notify me when the battery is running low, which makes it easy for the ring to die without warning.Overall, the idea of the ring is great, but these issues make it difficult to rely on for consistent tracking. For functionality like this, Not worth the investment.

Great alternative to a wrist tracker – durable and surprisingly capable
I’ve been wearing this ring for several weeks now, pretty much nonstop, and I’m honestly impressed. I haven’t babied it at all — it’s been through gardening, workouts at the gym, and everyday wear — and it’s held up really well. No noticeable wear or issues so far.The biggest reason I went with a smart ring instead of a traditional fitness tracker is because I prefer wearing mechanical watches. I didn’t want something else on my wrist, and this solves that perfectly. It’s comfortable, low-profile, and easy to forget you’re even wearing it.The sleep tracking seems accurate based on how I feel and my general sleep patterns, and I like being able to check that data in the app. Heart rate and other health metrics are a nice bonus for something this small.I can’t really speak to the accuracy of the step counting since I don’t have another device to compare it to, but for general activity tracking it seems consistent.Overall, this is a great option if you want health tracking without committing to a smartwatch or wristband. Especially ideal if you already wear a watch and don’t want to double up.
