Buy for the microcurrent not other fidgets
I really like this device. It’s true that the joystick is completely unsatisfying to the point of actually being irritating and that none of the metal rollers roll in any noticeable way (they’re pretty much stuck in place) although they click well. But these aren’t why you’d buy this. You buy it for the microcurrent. And the microcurrent is awesome.I’m in my late 50s, with late-diagnosed autism. When I had to focus during classes, from about 6th grade through postgrad, I would put my foot at a sharp angle to pressure my toe. Not great for the joint, and I eventually developed a few problems from it, but it got me through and let me focus without overtly fidgeting and drawing attention (my middle school teacher had no patience with girls fidgeting although it was acceptable for boys).The microcurrent works well as a substitute for that. To sit through tv shows, I needed a passive stim that didn’t involve sound (clicks or other sounds drive my husband nuts – but he didn’t like me being on my phone either because it felt like he was watching alone). The microcurrent on the lowest setting feels like tapping and lets me tune it out completely during really interesting bits, but gives me enough to slightly split my attention during slower parts or to focus on to reduce stress during overly intense parts.I should note that my husband (who constantly shakes his leg and couldn’t sit still to save his life) claimed he couldn’t feel the microcurrent at all, even on the highest setting, while my adult kid (who has anxiety) felt it was too intense and distressing even on the lowest – so what works seems to be very individual. But if you are looking for a passive fidget requiring no movement, this is a great device! I wouldn’t really recommend it for anyone younger than middle school though. Let the kids wiggle!

Joystick broke immediately
Update seller issued a full refund!My daughter liked the concept but the joystick part is not very satisfying to fidget with and it broke almost immediately. The balls on the side and the different modes are great. Fix the joystick and it would be a great product.

Shocking!
I’m a lifelong fidgeter, and I’ve tried just about every cube, spinner, and clicker out there. This one, though, really shocks.The electronic feature basically hurts when you turn it on. Stay away.

What i like with this stress relief toy is that this is very handy. I can use it even when eating. Easy to carry anywhere i even make this a keychain so it is easy for me to play wherever i go and i would not forget to bring it. This good for adults stressful day in and out . Very useful And very affordable , good gift for adults and young adults.
