Useful sleep device
Good sleep device that is super easy to use. It charges really quickly and I like the adjustments that can be made. For the price it’s cheap and reliable. I like that it fits in the palm of my hand easily.

Had High Hopes, But…
The good: I does work to help calm and aid with sleep.So why one star? It was broken within 3 weeks. It wasn’t treated roughly, but one accidental drop on the floor (in the silicone sleeve) resulted in the housing coming apart and it no longer working. Even if intended to be used solely by adults, that is pretty unacceptable, but to market it for children (especially for children who may struggle with sensory or emotional regulation issues) and then lack durability… No thanks.

Game Changer for Anxiety Sufferers
Having tried almost everything for anxiety, and having suffered for years I was SUPER scepticsl. The only relief I had found before was Conquering Anxiety ring which was ON POINT when I was awake and up and moving… but i needed something to help me wind down and CALM myself before bed and the CALM CARRY does that 💯’. Couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend ordering two when you order… trust me…you’ll be glad you did (I made the skeptical mistake of only ordering one:)). The handy strap is perfect too because it usually puts me to sleep and it prevents my relaxed hand from dropping it. Definitely a GAME CHANGER for anxiety sufferers! A++++….

Zaps not taps
Honestly it just feels like electricity zapping my hand. I didnt like this at all rather than calm me it made me anxious. It doesn’t feel like tapping, its just zapping and making my hand tingle.Rubbing the acupressure spot in the palm for 1 min in a circular pattern would probably do alot more good!

Works for my kid!
My son is almost 8 and has terrible anxiety at bedtime. This has really helped him fall asleep faster and calms him. I do not care for the feel of it so I’m sure it’s not for everyone!One thing I took a star off for is the strap, the first one we got broke immediately. I was sent a replacement though which was nice.

Perfect for grounding.
This device is perfect for people like me who have racing thoughts and anxiety. I suffer from panic disorder and this has helped me calm myself down before things escalate. It does NOT produce vibrations. It is like small electric currents pulsing into your hand. Several reviews state that it is too strong but I believe that if you set it at the lowest setting and don’t grip it so hard you won’t have any issues. I use it to help myself sleep. It feels like a small heartbeat in your palm. Very soothing. I love mine! I have sensory issues as well so this has really helped me stay in the present. I turn the setting up during panic attacks and it works the same for me as when I dunk my head in ice cold water which is amazing.

This is not for me. It’s like Little electric shocks. I expected a vibration not a shocking feeling. It’s terrible, for my nervous system this is stressful. Wish I could get my money back.

This has been quite a suprise as Iwasn’t sure it was going to be effective in helping me sleep at night. The device has really tactile buttons that can easily be adjusted and the lights make it easy to find in the dark. The pulses were quite smooth and didn’t feel uncomfortable to hold. Would highly recommend for better sleep quality.
