Crows Feet Sitting on the Prettiest Eyes
I’ve been using this for a few months. While it has not halted my 56 year wear and tear, it has improved it. No overnight results. I try to use it nightly before bed. It came with a useful guide to the different color settings and I primarily use it for aging. I use Red and Purple mostly. I would not say it’s comfortable. I think there might be issues with how I adjust the strap that I could use a tutorial for. I’m from the Analog Generation and it’s not uncomfortable enough to look at a YouToo video.

7/9/28 – Update – Customer service reached out and offered a full refund on this product. I ended up re-purchasing it in hopes that maybe I just got unlucky. Overall, very satisfied with the great customer service!————————-Steer clear of this product. Quality is absolutely horrible… My got it for my wife and she used it a total of 3 times before it just stopped working. Unfortunately it was past the return period or else this thing would have gone right back. Instead it went right in the trash. It’s too pricey to only last a month or so… I would definitely not recommend it! I would give it zero stars if I could.

I bought one and it stopped working after 5 uses, wouldn’t charge or turn on. So, I returned it and got a replacement. It also stopped working after about 5 uses and would not charge. I have returned it and am trying the Cloud SSS. Hopefully this one will work, if not then I’m going with a different brand.

Update: after voicing concerns the company reached out and were amazing at upgrading my mask to the cloud ss, it is so much more comfy, I’m excited to see continued results!I’ve been using this mask consistently since I received it 3 weeks ago, I do feel like my skin is more glowy and pores seem smaller the morning after using. However, it feels very very heavy on the face mainly around the eyes, middle of brows and chin area where the “support” is…It feels like it’s weighing down my eyes and brows. It leaves a really prominent marks when I am done using it no matter how I adjust and that’s why I stopped using it in the morning. I also feel like in those areas Im not getting the full benefit and a good portion of my face is missing out. I really want to like the product but I’m just unsure what the constant marks it leaves and the heaviness will result in, in the long run.

I have been using the Led Mask since February and I am very happy with it, I have noticed that acne and dark circles have improved with daily use ( 10 mins as recommended) , not to mention that it is very easy to use since you do not require to be still while using it, just charge the battery and you are free to do anything else while using it.
