No port plug hole
Did not have a port hole for charging the mask. It worked fine but I knew it would eventually not work because of the no place to plug it in.

I’ve been using this LED face mask consistently 1 week already. I think to early to see visible results. The mask feels well-made, comfortable to wear, and fits securely on the face. The LED lights are bright and evenly distributed, covering the entire face including the jawline and chin.simple to use, and the different light modes make it versatile for various skin concerns. False advertising, does not include 850 NIR light
The product description says that this product includes 850 NIR light but when I received it, the instructions and directions say nothing about 850 NIR light. False advertising! Now it makes me question if any of this is actually real red light per what is necessary for any real effect.
