I saw a video using these to remove mats from a cats fur. She loved it. The blades are plenty sharp, but the comb shape keeps her skin safe. if they work on an old cat’s back to the point where she sought me out to continue removing them daily, they’ll be gentle on your skin.

The price is right for these, but don’t expect the best quality. That being said, this is one dermaplaning tool that has not cut my face and still does the job. It’s very user-friendly compared to some of the sharper / higher quality ones. So if you’re just starting out, this is a good option!
