Why does the battery cover always fall off?
Please push the battery cover to the top, and the cover will be completely closed when you hear a “snap”.
Why hasn’t the reading been displayed?
Keep your baby still during use and keep the measured finger warm and dry.
Why it won’t turn on?
Please check whether the positive and negative poles of the battery are installed correctly. Please refer to the identification in the battery compartment to install batteries.
Even if the baby remains still, the pulse ox still does not display a reading.
We recommend this pulse oximeter for infant/children aged 2 and above. If the baby is particularly slender, pulse ox may not detect their finger. In such cases, you can switch to using a larger thumb or toe for measurement.

Great home resource
I’m grateful to have this option at home especially during flu and RSV season! It gives me the reassurance I need while taking care of my son when he has been sick. It’s so easy to use and very accurate as I can compare his heart rate and oxygen level to other pulse oximeters and a manual heart rate count. It works better if the child is still but will work with slight movements it only takes a few seconds for an accurate reading. The product is great for home use but always “take care of and treat the patient not the numbers.”
