Underpowered steamer, underwhelming experience, will never reach 110°F
The steamer is massively under-powered. I was never able to get the internal temperature above 95°F, even after running it for 20-30 mins before entering. According to my research, the industry standard is 110 – 120°F (43°C – 49°C) to induce sweat and provide therapeutic benefits like detoxification, skin hydration, and respiratory relief.I contacted this company’s customer support and received the following:Thank you for reaching out to us. We conducted our test at an ambient temperature of 27°C (80.6°F) and achieved an internal temperature of 41.3°C (106.34°F). According to our research, for every 5°C decrease in ambient temperature, the internal temperature drops by approximately 3–6°F. Our test results clearly show that the machine can reach over 100°F (specifically 106.34°F) under suitable conditions.Firstly, my home is never 80°F indoors (it’s typically around 70-72°F), and secondly, I never came close to 100°F, let alone 110-120°F. They are essentially telling us all that the unit will never get to the optimal temp.A very underwhelming and disappointing experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. Look for a more powerful steamer, preferably with a larger water capacity than 3L.

I love this sauna. It is a perfect way to end a day. It will take about 10 minutes to get it to temp but worth the wait.

What a great sauna!!
Great product! Very roomy inside and chair is not small like others. Red light is a great add. I purchased a separate waterproof red light to be placed inside for greater effect. Water heats within 10 mins and can reach 100+ degrees . Such a great addition to my self-care regimen.

Not as descibed. No infrared lights. No remote control. None of that other stuff they’re showing in the pictures. You get the enclosure, a steam unit, and a chair. That’s it.
