A great cold plunge setup. Works great, an excellent value.
I ordered this because my family is from Finland, and cold plunges are just part of the deal for us. Sauna, frozen lake, repeat. That is how we grew up doing it at our Finnish camps, and once we decided the next big addition to our home would be a sauna, this ice bath tub felt like a no-brainer. Until the sauna is in place, I figured I could use this and then jump into my 90-degree pool and still get that good shock to the system. The tub was easy to set up, feels sturdier than I expected, and the size is actually impressive for something portable. The material feels solid, the insulated sides hold the cold well, and I like that it comes with all the little accessories like a cover, pump, drain hose, seat cushion, etc. It does exactly what I wanted. It gives me that cold plunge experience without needing a frozen lake in the backyard, which, in Florida, is apparently frowned upon by nature. It’s deep enough to settle into, the rim is comfortable, and the drainage setup makes cleanup a lot easier than trying to wrestle a giant tub full of cold water. I would still treat it with a little care since it is still fabric and not a permanent hard-shell plunge tub, but for the price and convenience, I think it is a great value. Once the sauna goes in, this is going to be used constantly.

Nice compact Ice bath
If you’re looking for a compact but usable ice bath for cold plunge, than this is a great deal for you. For the price it’s hard to beat. It’s light weight and everything fits in a fairly small bag. Of course it’s not going to be as durable as a steel tank, but it does have an insulated wall and will hold the cold water for a longer time. It’s easy to assemble. Then fill with water. I comes with everything you need including a hand pump to pump up the insulated liner. Though I will use my air compressor or a shop vac to fill it faster. It’s seems reasonably made, but you do need to be careful not to have anything sharp near it. I did notice they provide a number of patches that come with it! It should fit tall people fine, but you’ll have to crouch a little. But if you’re sitting in an ice bath you’re probably crouching anyways as you’re freezing cold! It comes with a valve that allows it to be drained quickly and easily. It’s a great addition to have next to my hot tub! And it doesn’t take up a lot of space.
