OPERATION STEPS：

If you only do one thing for yourself this year, buy a sauna blanket. I use mine three to four times a week for an hour and the benefits for my health are amazing. This product is well made and the zipper is heavy duty.

Maybe defective?
Did a test run first with cotton towels underneath product and inside. Set the temp to 50 Celius as suggested on both amps and barely any heat transmitted with in the suggested 15 minute first run start time. Inside temp was barely there. Suggest a video on how to use appropriately for this model and make. There were warning about not taking it too high. Concerns on ease of use and useability. Looks like to wear cotton undergarments. Missing lotions, cleaning samples, ect. Just did not work for us 🙁

Ok. Could be better
Not easy to get into without help from someone. Zippers on both sides can only be zipped from outside, so you lose heat by not being able to get full closure. The hand openings also allow heat to escape, and you can’t reach the zippers anyway. This could be improved by making the zippers inside and outside. If you have someone living with you who can help you at anytime, this is just ok. It doesn’t get very hot.

I really wanted this to work. 2 things…its Large. Very difficult to spread out unless you have ALOT of room and 2nd I never really sweat in it. I get a much more productive sweat after 10 minutes on elliptical. So this got returned😏

Good so far, though not as hot as claimed
I enjoy a good sauna, but breathing in the hot air is often difficult for me, so I thought this would be a good alternative. Hot, but still able the breath easily. I’ve tried it once so far and found it to be exactly as advertised. You do feel a little silly (like a baked potato in foil), but it is still a pleasurable experience.- Zipping it 100% closed can be a challenge. However, it is heavy enough that if it isn’t entirely closed around your neck it doesn’t let in cooler air. I will agree with one other commenter that if you open up the hand holes you will instantly feel the heat start to escape. I don’t think you can leave them open (per the picture) and get the full effect. That said, it is nice to have the ability to use a TV remote, etc. while inside the bag.- It took a few minutes to figure out the controls and the directions are not well translated. For example, according to the directions it “glitters” when turned on, they mean “Flashes.” Note, you have to remember to press the “S/P” (Start/Pause) button to get it started warming up. I left it to warm up only to realize I hadn’t pressed the “S/P” button.- Takes about 5 minutes to get warm and another 5 or so to reach full heat. I tried it at 60, which I assume is meant to be 60c (about 140f) and it didn’t feel that hot. I certainly sweated and it was hot, but not 60c. I am going to try a higher setting next time.- I wish the cord was longer. I use this on my bed and the nearest outlet is just barely close enough for the cord. I am hesitant to use an extension cord since it draws 650w.- The insulation on it is pretty good. Running my hand along the outside I only felt a slight warmth even though the interior was quite hot. Likewise, when I picked it up the bed where I’d been laying was only slightly warm.
