This has helped.
I am 68 years old and ADD. I have slept well for the last 7 nights. It takes a little to get use to but, even the 1st night I slept deeper. When I get up to go to the restroom in the night I simply turn it back on and I am off to sleep again before I even notice. I started on #11 sleep but now it works well at #5.

Si funciona
La verdad si sirve, tengo insomnio y ansiedad cronica, esto ayuda demasiado, la primera vez que lo usamos (mi pareja y yo) nos dormimos en menos de 15 minutos, pero siento que después de usarlo un par de semanas se pierde un poco el efecto. Aun asi lo recomiendo.
