I’m not sure why people give this item such poor reviews. This is my second one! First one worked great for a couple years but unfortunately it died. But if I have to pay under $20 CAD every couple years to avoid a CPAP, I’m all in! First you have to ensure the ear straps pull the device tight under your chin at the top of your neck, then you have to play with the settings to see which level works best for you… personally I set mine to level 4. Without this thing I know that I’m sleeping all night long as I’m up constantly with breathing issues. Slap this thing on and I’m lights out til the morning. Never get better sleep without it! Definite lifesaver!!
