I have been using this ring for a while, the ring is really lightweight and stylish health tracking wearable designed for both women and men. The ring tracks important health metrics such as heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO₂), giving users a convenient way to monitor their daily wellness. The data provided is easy to understand through the companion app and is helpful for spotting trends over time, especially during rest and sleep. I charge it twice a week, it only needs an hour to charge and it last for several days. I will recommend it to other people.

Fitness Ring
For the price this ring is great. I had wanted a way to count my steps that wasn’t a watch because I don’t like wearing watches but also didn’t want to spend much money on a fitness ring. I was influenced by someone on instagram after they recommended this ring and I have been using it for 3 weeks now. There are some things I have learned over the last couple of weeks that might help others. The first thing is always keep the app closed unless you’re using it. For some reason if you don’t shut the app down it has the hardest time synchronizing the data from the ring leading to many steps not being counted. The second thing and I saw other reviews mention this, is that the battery life in the app is wrong. When I first got the ring and would charge it, the red light would come on and then when it was done the green light would come on. Well now it just stays red seeming like it didn’t charge it but it does in fact charge it still. I have never left the ring on at right so I can’t review the sleep function. The step count seems very accurate if you keep the app closed like I mentioned earlier however it seems to not count any steps after 11pm cst. The heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and stress also seem pretty accurate. The sizing also seemed accurate and the ring is very comfortable to wear despite being thicker. Since the battery doesn’t show the accurate percentage I just charge the ring every other night. Overall for the price it’s a pretty nice fitness ring and I would recommend it to someone wanting a cheaper alternative to a name brand fitness rings.
