Easy to use
I’ve been using the Mirlray Smart Ring for a bit now and I really like it. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear all day without even noticing it. My favorite feature is the health tracking, it helps me keep an eye on things like heart rate and sleep, which is super helpful. Overall, it’s a great affordable option if you want a simple, everyday health tracker.

Runs big but Easy to use, works Great!
Looks chic, but size runs a bit big. I got a size 10, my usual ring size, but a 9 or even size 8, would have been a better fit for this ring. The app is easy to use and connection was simple and quick. Looks like the app listens to feedback and actively updates. So far my information has been accurate and useful. Highly recommended, especially for the price!

Always out of battery and doesn’t tell you
I’ve had this for several weeks, and I’m not thrilled with it. The information isn’t very accurate (as far as sleep and stuff). For example, it says I was asleep when I know for sure certain times I was awake. The biggest issue is that it seems that it’s always out of battery. It charges with a little cable, and I got it off the charger and put it on yesterday in the early afternoon. It appears this morning that the battery ran out at some point, so it didn’t get any data from last night or so far today. As far as I know there is nothing that warns you that the battery is getting low or that it’s time to charge, which is the biggest issue for me. So I’ve been wearing it for no reason unknowingly. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Fitness Ring
For the price this ring is great. I had wanted a way to count my steps that wasn’t a watch because I don’t like wearing watches but also didn’t want to spend much money on a fitness ring. I was influenced by someone on instagram after they recommended this ring and I have been using it for 3 weeks now. There are some things I have learned over the last couple of weeks that might help others. The first thing is always keep the app closed unless you’re using it. For some reason if you don’t shut the app down it has the hardest time synchronizing the data from the ring leading to many steps not being counted. The second thing and I saw other reviews mention this, is that the battery life in the app is wrong. When I first got the ring and would charge it, the red light would come on and then when it was done the green light would come on. Well now it just stays red seeming like it didn’t charge it but it does in fact charge it still. I have never left the ring on at right so I can’t review the sleep function. The step count seems very accurate if you keep the app closed like I mentioned earlier however it seems to not count any steps after 11pm cst. The heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and stress also seem pretty accurate. The sizing also seemed accurate and the ring is very comfortable to wear despite being thicker. Since the battery doesn’t show the accurate percentage I just charge the ring every other night. Overall for the price it’s a pretty nice fitness ring and I would recommend it to someone wanting a cheaper alternative to a name brand fitness rings.

Not Great Battery Life
This ring looks nice and the gold color is okay, however the one we received did not hold a charge well at all. We tried charging it daily, every other day and then we tried letting the battery get low and then charging….we ended up returning it.

Battery life could be improved
I really wanted to love this ring, but the battery life is a big downside for me. It only holds a charge for about two days and doesn’t notify you when the battery is low, which is frustrating because it’ll just die unexpectedly in the middle of the night, making sleep data inaccurate. Another thing is, I wish it would log stress levels and heart rate automatically but you have to go into the app and physically push a button and keep your finger still for about 30 seconds while it measures.That said, I do like the app. It tracks my cycle, sleep, and steps, which are the main things I wanted to monitor, and that’s why I felt I didn’t need to invest in something more expensive like the Oura Ring. It also has different sleep music sounds which I will probably continue to use even if I return the ring.Another downside is the charging wire — it’s a bit annoying to use, and I was really hoping it would come with some kind of magnetic charging case instead. Overall, the features are good, but the battery and charging setup hold it back.
