Great device. Works fantastic. Very easy to use, specially if you are by yourself and don’t have any help putting the pads on your far reach areas of the body. I love the cordless use of it which gives me the freedom to be as active as I want to be without messing with the wires. The adhesive on the pads are the best I have used before. But it’s only for a hand full of time use, and replacements are costlier than other pads.Battery life is great and it charges very quickly. It was a great pain relief for my back pain, considering that I am older and have a lot of arthritic and muscle pain.

Spectacular performance, IMHO.
For the asking price, This is an incredible value! The multifunctional controller allows for many benefits, and this was FAR easier to use than my previous unit. If we had had this when my wife slipped and hurt her back, I firmly believe her recovery time would have been greatly reduced. The relief a TENS unit provides is immeasurable, and bypasses the need to deal (in ANY way) with pharmaceuticals (in many cases). There are still times when the pain is extreme, and a little chemical help is required. Eliminating as much of this as possible is highly recommended.The instructions are clear and well illustrated. Operation is a breeze. The biggest benefit, however, is being wireless. Being able to comfortably sit/lay/recline without a tangle of wires is a true benefit. Adjusting wires that are (were) often too short, or yanking them out when the tens unit slipped off the arm of the couch could be extremely frustrating. One thing I will note, here, is that the backing on these should not be thrown away. It’s important to keep as much dust away from the adhesive pads as possible. Moreover, you can extend the life of the adhesive with a little alcohol and a clean (as lint-free as possible) cloth. Avoid cleaning with a paper towel, as this will leave particulates behind that will require a quicker replacement of the pad(s). Having a wire-free portability means that the user is not tethered, in any way, to any cumbersome source.There are two different pad shapes, two of each. The ad shows multiple ways these pads can be used, but there are a myriad of ways, really. Virtually any part of the body that requires attention can benefit from this unit. I will definitely be picking up extra pads, too, so that I’m sure I don’t run out of usable devices. The pads do, eventually, lose their adhesive strength, greatly diminishing their benefit.Battery life isn’t “great,” but it’s adequate. In a unit this small, I don’t anticipate extreme battery life, anyway. Energy density of a battery is directly tied to its volume, and its drain is tied to the efficiency of the load. The greater the intensity of the setting used, the shorter the charge life will be. This is a simple fact of physics, and there is a ceiling for such devices. Not having unrealistic expectations goes a long way in avoiding disappointment.My one gripe about this little godsend is that there are TWO devices that require charging, but the manufacturer only provided one charging cable, and a short one, at that. This is a minimal inconvenience, but it’s the one thing that prevented a five star review. If one doesn’t have an “extra” usb cable, the devices have to be charged, in series rather than in parallel. This is still, however, highly recommendable.

Absolutely disappointed with this item. I use a tens ireliev tens unit regularly to manage pain. I wanted to try a wireless option for easier movement with no cords. The magnet comes off of you even graze it. The sticky pads are not sticky enough to stay in place. The options for stimulation do not even compare to a traditional tens unit. The battery life is hopeless. The device doesn’t even stay on for a longer duration of time. This was a large waste of money to have not helped at all. No pain relief was even provided.

Useful and effective TENS unit
This is an useful and effective TENS unit. This one is cordless unlike others I have used.I read the directions completely because it was a cordless unit but there really was nothing new. The directions were a little on the light side and pretty much gave general information.I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a cordless unit like this. The pads are noticeably bigger than the corded ones I used. The smaller ones can get to places that I want, the bigger pads, not as much.Once activated, this TENS works really well. Also it quite strong. I usually have to push the corded unit to 7 or so to really feel it, but with this I was ok at 2. Pretty good for a cordless unit.No timer that I can tell from the instructions or the displays on the controller or the remote, but the unit did stop on its own after awhile. I will time it the next time, if I had to guess, it was about 30 minutes.Lots of different setting as well, which is common on these units.I liked this especially the lack of cords, very convenient.I am worried about the battery life and longevity of these as the controller is small and so must be the battery. Smaller batteries don’t last as long a larger batteries.So far so good, will see how long this lasts. Will update if anything happens.

Biggest problems 1. Too sort a time before it shuts off. 2. Difficult to place on back and try to turn small device on. Hard to reach. Small device must be turned on before remote will work Tried to turn small device òn before placing on back, but by the time I placed pads, the device shut off. 3. After only 2 uses the large pad won’t stick. It has to be replaced. Too many problems to justify your purchase.

An Impressive TENS Unit That Was Better Than I Expected.
I have received this type of therapy from my physical therapist on my knee replacement. His had a professional unit, so I did not expect much from this home unit. Wow, was I wrong. First, this unit had so many different choices of stimuli, that were very different. Second, It did not take much to create an intensity that was too strong, and that is good if you have a tolerance to the strong stimuli. The pads had a strong adhesion and stuck to my knee and to my wife’s lower back. The battery lasted a long time on one charge, and the main unit charged very quickly. I also thought the small round unit might fall off, but the magnets held firmly. The product was effective in giving relief to my knees, and my only concern is the life and effectiveness of the pads. The unit is easy to operate and I can strongly recommend this Muscle Stimulator.

I really like it, works great but I can’t figure out how to by extra pads, and they don’t stay sticky for long. I might have to return to get one with replicable pads.
