This really really works
This is going to sound like a fake review, but it is not. I tried other anti snoring devices. Tight things to hold you mouth shut. None worked. I snored every night and my wife would tell me every morning how bad it was. She was ready to move to the guest bedroom. She would wake me up 4-5 times a night to roll me off my back. I bought this and we both laughed because it looks so stupid. I started using it maybe 3 weeks ago. Guess what? I have not snored even once since then. It is really unbelievable how a dumb ball on your back can work so well. I don’t even know I have it on. I really think I am subconsciously learning to not roll on my back because it will be uncomfortable.

Works but may be a bit snug
I bought this to keep me from sleeping on my back, and it works. The vest is a bit snug. I am 6 ft and 185 lb and it would be too snug on one much larger than me.

The product is high quality. No smell. Good value for money. The ball is round and firm. For me it is ok but you can replace it with a softer ball.

Ich habe moderate Schlafapnoe und habe etwas gesucht, das auf Dauer weniger stört als eine Schlafweste mit großem Schaumstoffkeil im Rücken. Ich muss sagen, für mich hat diese Schnarchstopper-Weste den gleichen Effekt – und mit sehr viel weniger Störfaktor! Ich trage sie jetzt seit 3 Monaten. Sie ist klein und zweckmäßig, ich schwitze darunter nicht wie bei der anderen. Dadurch fühle ich mich morgens besser und muss ich sie auch nicht ständig waschen. Der Ball im Rücken verhindert die Rückenlage (und damit die meisten Aussetzer), aber ich kann mich nachts trotzdem auch über den Rücken drehen. Auch auf Reisen ist diese Weste ein super Lösung, da sie sehr wenig Platz einnimmt. Für mich der beste Kompromiss, um Schnarchen/Schlafapnoe einzudämmen!

Je viens de remplacer ce produit par un coussin conflable car si c’est impossible de dormir complètement à plat sur le dos mais on peut dormir presque à plat. On se réveille avec un mal au dos.
