Company is very easy to work with!
We tried this product because my husband was having a lot of back pain. This product is the perfect size-covers a wide area. It helps my husband a lot! Then about 6 months later only one row of lights was lighting up. I thought great this is going to be a pain, or them say that the warranty for some reason wouldn’t cover a replacement. Not the situation!! Just e-mailed the company. They asked for a pic of the problem and a copy of the Amazon receipt. They reviewed it and very quickly responded and had me a replacement on the way!!

Bought two of these after huge disappointments with failures of other brands. So far so good. My wife and I use ours every single day multiple times and we like everything about this brand! Great product, effective at RLT, soothes aching muscles and other associated benefits. Hoping the power supply and remote last longer than competing brands! Cord length is really great, heat level solid, seems durable so far! Fingers crossed!!! Will come back in 6 months.

Very effective device for inflammation and pain relief.
I LOVE this device! Over the last 10+ years I have had three bouts of capsulitis aka “frozen shoulder” which is very painful and takes a lot of time to rehab. This episode beginning in September I got a cortisone shot and did prescribed PT for 6+ weeks, neither were effective. Out of desperation I went to my massage therapist to release the tension in my neck. Here she introduced me to Red Light Therapy. For economic reasons and convenience I bought this pad about a month ago for home use and so glad I did! Starting with ice for 20 mins I move on to about 30 minutes with the pad over my shoulder, (eye protectors are included though I just cover the unit with a blanket). The relief is unbelievable after a few uses. Started out every other day, now it is used daily. I did get another shot last week, (this one has helped me move a bit), and while I am now able to do home PT this pad helps with the inflammation allowing far more freedom of movement. It is easy to use and versatile; I also use it on my lower back and husband uses it for his back and knee. Best investment ever made for pain relief and therapy. I did a lot of research and the reviews brought me to the Pedete RLT. Highly recommend.

RLT home treatment for pain & injury recovery!
Pedete Red Light Therapy Mat 39×24″ – This is a well-made product and works well. Easy to use. The worst comment that I have is that the instruction manual does not give much explanation in order to advise the user about what settings to choose and why — and no real information about how much time is recommended for one’s purpose. There are 5 P settings for intensity without explanation of what that means — when elsewhere it lists these 3 light power settings: 660nm, 850nm infrared, or a combination of 660nm and 850nm infrared. It has 3 modes of light: constant light, a pulsating light, or a fast pulsating light. No explanation of how to choose which mode. The protective glasses are made of a cheap plastic. Mine did not fit well and one side stem was a little bent out of shape. It seems to be recommended that the user should not look directly into the red light; however, most of the advertsing photos show users without the “sunglasses” on. I just avoid looking directly into the light. It is best to have the red light shine on bare skin and not through clothing. I purchased this in late 2025 — After paying $49 per session to have professional red light therapy at a physical therapist’s office (which improved my injury a little every 20 minute RLT session I had at two or three times per week), I decided to buy one for home use. RLT is not an instantaneous I-feel-better-immediately response; however, my injured muscles recovered faster with red light aid. I deal with past spinal injuries, severely injured right thigh muscles from a recent fall, and arthritis in knees, shoulder joints and feet. I like that the size and flexibility of the mat allow for lying flat on the mat or laying the mat over or around the intended body area. Its versatility definitely works for all of my individual needs. It comes with a breathable fabric carry case, too.

Spectacular pain relief: The aching miraculously went away (mostly)
I have been in so much pain with aching in my hands, arms and shoulders. Yesterday I tried several at-home 20-minute sessions with a Pedete infrared red light therapy band 24″ X 12″ from Amazon and the aching miraculously went away (mostly). I also laid it across my arms and shoulders while on my back in bed last night. The Velcro strap allows it to be rolled into a sleeve for hand/arm treatment. My hands are still swollen and numb, and I can’t make a fist but the ache and pain disappearance is spectacular. (I just now made a half fist with my left hand). I feel much more energetic today. I had tried about 8 different topical painkillers during the past 6 weeks and this therapy pad is waaaaay better.
