I got this small red light therapy mat, and it’s right size for my lower back when it gets sore from sitting too long. It gives off a nice, gentle warmth that feels really relaxing.I don’t just use it on my back either and it’s easy to wrap around my shoulders or legs too. The whole thing is super simple to operate, and since it isn’t bulky, I can just tuck it away anywhere when I’m done. Use for a few weeks, I think it is helpful to improve muscle tension.

I originally had 4 separate red light machines/pads for different body parts and kept moving them around. I finally bit the bullet and decided to get this. It has multiple strengths and a time so you don’t stay in too long. I love that I can get from head to do on both front and back in just 20 minutes which helps with compliance and the warmth helps me relax before I go to sleep. Light Output Remained Even Across Surface
Brightness sitting at a constant level without needing interaction again, the glow spreading evenly across the pad while other items were being adjusted nearby. Strap tension changed slightly once repositioned, then stayed flat without pulling along the edges. Material flexed naturally when moved, returning to the same shape without correction. Cable rested off to one side and stopped drawing attention after placement. Warm area formed gradually near the center grid, remaining localized rather than expanding outward. Maybe nothing required checking because the setup stopped feeling active after a moment. Buttons were left untouched yet illumination continued at the same intensity. Surface appearance stayed unchanged through small movements around it, light remaining consistent without interruption.

Smells like an offgassing tire
I cannot speak to the technology this product and was actually really hopeful that it could help me, but I couldn’t get that far because it off gas stinky rubbery plastic toxic tire smells so strongly I had to shower afterwards and leave the item outsideIf they ever change to less toxic material I would love to try it again
